O, Majestic Winter, also stylized as O' Majestic Winter, is an experimental black metal project that originated out of Lewisburg, Tennessee, United States in the year 2008. The project was formed by Max Tubville and Corey Leverette, both of whom had performed in a hardcore punk band called Seventimesfallen prior to forming the band. The band has released four studio albums, two through Sullen Records and the third through Sanctus Gladius Records. History O, Majestic Winter was formed in October 2008 by Max Tubville and Corey Leverette, who had previously worked together in Seventimesfallen, a Christian hardcore band they had formed during high school. The two initially went under the aliases of "Morgemil the Dark Slayer" and "Gorlim the Dead", but eventually shortened them to simply "Morgemil" and "Gorlim". Lewisburg is a city in, and the county seat of Marshall County, Tennessee, United States. The population was 12,288 in 2020. Lewisburg is located in Middle Tennessee, fifty miles south of Nashville and fifty-two miles north of Huntsville, Alabama. Residents have access to the larger cities via nearby I-65. Located among rolling hills, Lewisburg was named for the explorer Meriwether Lewis. By 1838, the town was supporting a newspaper and a bank. Abated Mass of Flesh is an American brutal death metal band formed in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, in 2011. The band consists of vocalist Matthew Plunkett, lead guitarist Zack Plunkett, rhythm guitarist Thomas and drummer Riley Wingate. They have been compared to Devourment, Dying Fetus, Impending Doom and Crimson Thorn. History Abated Mass of Flesh is project that was started in 2011 by Zack Plunkett.
