Nick DePuy
Nicholas "Nick" Brady DePuy (born November 14, 1994) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a defender for Major League Soccer club Nashville SC. Career College DePuy played four years of college soccer at UC Santa Barbara between 2013 and 2016, where in 2016 he was named NSCAA Second Team All-Far West Region, Big West Conference Offensive Player of the Year and First Team All-Big West Conference. While at college, DePuy also played with USL PDL sides Ventura County Fusion. Professional DePuy was selected in the first round (19th overall) of the 2017 MLS SuperDraft by Montreal Impact. DePuy made his professional debut on March 4, 2017, as an 83rd-minute substitute during a 1–0 loss to San Jose Earthquakes. It was announced in May 2017 that he was loaned to the Impact's United Soccer League affiliate, Ottawa Fury FC. United Soccer League (USL), formerly known as United Soccer Leagues, is a Association football, soccer league in the United States and Canada. Leagues Cup
The Leagues Cup is an annual association football competition between clubs from Major League Soccer and Liga MX in North America. It debuted in July 2019 with four teams participating from each league. The first edition was a single-elimination tournament hosted in the United States with a final played in Las Vegas on September 18, 2019. Beginning in 2023, the tournament will be expanded to include all clubs from MLS and Liga MX, and will function as the regional cup for the North American zone within CONCACAF, with the top three teams qualifying for the CONCACAF Champions League. 2017–18 Danish 1st Division
The 2017–18 Danish 1st Division season was the 22nd season of the Danish 1st Division league championship, governed by the Danish Football Association. The division-champion, the runners-up and the third placed team are promoted to the 2018–19 Danish Superliga. The teams in 11th and 12th places are relegated to the 2018–19 Danish 2nd Divisions. The USL Championship (USLC) is a professional men's soccer league in the United States that began its inaugural season in 2011. The USL is sanctioned by the United States Soccer Federation (U.S. Soccer) as a Division II league since 2017, placing it under Major League Soccer (Division I) in the hierarchy. The 2015 USL Premier Development League season was the 21st season of the PDL and consisted of 63 teams. The regular season began on May 2 and ended on July 19. The Michigan Bucks were the defending champions and posted the best overall record in the League; however, they were defeated by K-W United FC in the Central Conference finals. K-W United went on to win the league championship by defeating the Seattle Sounders FC U-23 1-0 in the semi-finals and in high scoring final they overcame the New York Red Bulls U-23 4-3. 63 clubs competed in the semi-professional soccer leagues.
