Nazif Cungu
Nazif Cungu (, born 13 May 1958) is a Montenegrin Albanian politician, the leader of the biggest Albanian political party in Montenegro FORCA. Personal history Nazif Cungu was born in Ulcinj, Ulcinj Municipality, southern Montenegro, near the border with Albania to an Albanian family on 13 May 1958. He finished the secondary school and gymnasium in his hometown. He studied tourism management in Economic Faculty of Dubrovnik, graduating in 1980. From 1983 until 1987 he worked at the Municipality of Ulcinj in the post of secretary for economy, finance and budget. From 1987 to 1991 he had the post of a Chief Commercial of Tourist Organization "Ulcinj Riviera". From 1993 to 1997 he directed the marketing sector of "Primus" company. In 1997 he founded his own company named "Cungu & Co." which employs over 100 people in its branches located in Ulcinj, Podgorica, Tivat, Budva, Niksic, Bjelopolje, Kotor and Herceg Novi. New Democratic Force ( cnr, Nova demokratska snaga, sq, Forca e Re Demokratike) is a political party of the Albanian minority in Montenegro. The party was founded on 22 October 2005 as a local minority party representing the Albanian population in Ulcinj. Nazif Cungu was elected as its president at the founding assembly. In April 2008, FORCA opened a branch of its party in Tuzi. On the 4-th Congress of the party held on October 30th, 2021, Genci Nimanbegu was elected as the new leader of the party. Electoral performance On last parliamentary elections, on 29 March 2009, Forca has one seat, becoming for the first time a parliamentary party. In the run-up to the 2008 presidential election, it supported the opposition candidate, Nebojša Medojević. In the Municipal Parliament of Ulcinj, FORCA has 11 out of 33 seats. Gëzim Hajdinaga
Gëzim Hajdinaga is a Montenegrin-Albanian politician, former member of Democratic Union of Albanians. Biography Hajdinaga was born in Ulcinj, Montenegro to an Albanian family on 2 January 1964. He is an electrical engineer, but most of his professional career he spent in politics. He is member of Democratic Union of Albanians since the formation of the party. For two terms he served as Minister for the protection of rights of national and ethnic groups in the Government of Montenegro. In 2006, he was elected as Mayor of Ulcin. He owns property in Shkodra, Albania. His father purchased the property in Shkodra in 1990 and turned it out to be a good investment. As a mayor he contributed a lot in protecting the Ottoman architecture in Ulcinj, rebuilding the Sailor's Mosque and the restoration of Çarshia. Tirana ( , ; aln, Tirona) is the capital and largest city of Albania. Herceg Novi ( cyrl, Херцег Нови, ) is a coastal town in Montenegro located at the Western entrance to the Bay of Kotor and at the foot of Mount Orjen.
