The Naza Group of Companies is a Malaysians, Malaysian business Conglomerate (company), conglomerate involved in many types of business ranging from motoring to education. The group began operations in 1975 as a motor trading company. The motoring sector remains the most important sector for the group. Kia Carens
The Kia Carens ( ko, 기아 카렌스) is a car manufactured by Kia since 1999, spanning over four generations, and was marketed worldwide under various nameplates, prominently as the Kia Rondo. The initial three generations had a compact MPV body style and were marketed worldwide, with presence in its home country South Korea, in Europe, and North America since the second-generation. The fourth-generation model took a different approach in terms of design and targeted markets, as it was developed as a "strategic model" for the Indian market. SM Nasarudin SM Nasimuddin (born 9 September 1983) is a Malaysian entrepreneur and businessman. He holds the position of co-chairman of the Naza Group and also the former President of the Paralympic Council of Malaysia. Career After graduating in business economics from University of Southern California in the United States, he joined Naza Kia Sdn Bhd as a management trainee in 2005. In 2006, he was appointed head of operations of Naza Corporation Sdn Bhd and took over as CEO of three Naza companies that year – Nasim Sdn Bhd (Peugeot franchise), Naza Corporation Sdn Bhd, and NZ Diners Sdn Bhd (food business, Bubba Gump Shrimp). The Kia Carnival ( ko, 기아 카니발) is a minivan manufactured by Kia since 1998. It is marketed globally under various nameplates — prominently as the Kia Sedona — which is now unused in favor of the Carnival. In the automotive industry, rebadging is a form of market segmentation used by automobile manufacturers around the world. To allow for product differentiation without designing or engineering a new model or brand (at high cost or risk), a manufacturer creates a distinct automobile by applying a new "badge" or trademark (brand, logo, or manufacturer's name/make/marque) to an existing product line.
