Muslim Rangrez
Muslim Rangrezz are a community of Muslim Rajputs in North India. Many members of the community migrated to Pakistan after independence and settled in Karachi, Sindh. History and origin The word ''rangrezz'' (رنگریز) means a dyer in the Persian language, Persian language, and the community has been connected with this occupation, but in present circumstances, its members are involved in different trades and other business activities. Many now claim Central Asian descent, and it is quite possible that only some may be of Turkic peoples, Turkic ancestry. Khwaja
Khawaja (Persian: خواجه ''khvâjəh'') is an honorific title used across the Middle East, South Asia, Southeast Asia and Central Asia, particularly towards Sufi teachers. Rangrez is an Indian caste and are mostly part of the dyeing community. Muslim Chhipi
The Muslim Chhipi is Muslim community found mainly in the states of Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand in India. Origin According to their traditions, the Chhipi, or sometimes pronounced Chhipa were originally Rajputs who were imprisoned by Taimur at the fort of Lohargarh in Rajasthan. They escaped from the fort and fled to Rohilkhand. The Rajputs then hid, and were known as the chhipna Rajputs after the Hindi word for hidden which is ''chhipana''.
