Mohamed Taher Siala ( ar, محمد طاهر سيالة; born 27 May 1943) is a Libyan politician who served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Libya in the Government of National Accord from 2016 to 2021. Foreign minister of Libya Siala was one of the eighteen ministers appointed as part of the internationally-recognized Government of National Accord, in January–February 2016, with the objective of reuniting Libya. Francis Raymond "Frank" Baker, (born 27 January 1961) is a British diplomat and civil servant who was Ambassador to Libya from February 2018 to April 2019. He was Ambassador to Kuwait from 2010 to 2014, and Ambassador to Iraq from 2014 to 2017. Early life Baker was born on 27 January 1961 to Raymond and Pamela Baker. He was educated at Dartford Grammar School, then an all-boys state grammar school in Dartford, Kent. Diplomatic career Baker joined the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) in 1981. Eshaq Jahangiri Kouhshahi ( fa, اسحاق جهانگیری کوهشاهی, ; born 21 January 1958) is an Iranian politician who served as the sixth first vice president from 2013 until 2021 in Hassan Rouhani's government. Jahangiri was the minister of industries and mines from 1997 to 2005 under President Mohammad Khatami. Before that, he was the governor of Isfahan Province. Keit Pentus-Rosimannus (born 3 March 1976) is an Estonian politician who served as Minister of Finance in the government of Prime Minister Kaja Kallas between 26 January 2021 and 19 October 2022.
