Mika Hannula
Mika Stefan Hannula (born 2 April 1979) is a Swedish former professional ice hockey player. Playing career Hannula started playing ice hockey with Finnish team TPS. He is a hard-working and quick player with very good skating abilities. He is intense, works hard and is dangerous around the opponent's net. Hannula was drafted in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft by Minnesota Wild with their 9th choice, 269th overall selection. During his career, he has played for three different hockey teams in the Stockholm area: AIK Hockey, Djurgårdens IF and Hammarby IF. He also tried playing in the United States for the Houston Aeros in the American Hockey League during the season 2003–04, totalling 27 points in 67 regular season games. The Kontinental Hockey League (KHL; russian: Континентальная хоккейная лига (КХЛ), Kontinental'naya khokkeynaya liga) is an international professional ice hockey league founded in 2008. The Minnesota Wild are a professional ice hockey team based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. 2006 Men's World Ice Hockey Championships
The 2006 Men's Ice Hockey World Championships was the 70th such event hosted by the International Ice Hockey Federation. Teams representing 45 countries participated in four levels of competition. The competition also served as qualifications for division placements in the 2007 competition. In the Division I Championship held in April, Germany and Austria were promoted to the Championship division while Israel and Croatia were demoted to Division II. In the Division II competition, Romania and China were promoted, South Africa and New Zealand were relegated to Division III. In the Division III competition, Iceland and Turkey were promoted to Division II for 2007. Hammarby IF Hockey (1921–2008)
Hammarby IF Ishockeyförening (''"Hammarby IF Ice Hockey Club"'', or simply Hammarby Hockey) is an ice hockey club founded as "Bajen Fans IF" in 2008 by supporters of the previous incarnation of Hammarby Hockey which went bankrupt that same year. The club plays in Hockeytvåan, the fourth tier of Swedish men's ice hockey, since the 2021–22 season. In its first five seasons, the club was promoted three times. Prior to the 2013–14 season, the club had failed only once to achieve promotion to a higher league in the Swedish ice hockey system when it was available, as league restructuring prior to the 2010–11 season prevented their immediate rise to Division 2 for that season. TPS (ice Hockey)
TPS or Turun Palloseura is an ice hockey team and 10-time champion of SM-liiga and 1-time champion of SM-sarja. They play in Turku, Finland, at Gatorade Center. In terms of championships, TPS is the second all-time most successful team in SM-Liiga, right behind Tappara. Team history TPS was established in 1922 as Turun Palloseura, from which the acronym derives. The club began ice hockey activities after 1929. Today, the full name of the company that owns the ice hockey team is ''HC TPS Turku Oy''.
