Zambales
Zambales, officially the Province of Zambales ( fil, Lalawigan ng Zambales; ilo, Probinsia ti Zambales; Pangasinan: ''Luyag/Probinsia na Zambales''; xsb, Probinsya nin Zambales), is a province in the Philippines located in the Central Luzon region. 2023 PVL All-Filipino Conference
The 2023 Premier Volleyball League First All-Filipino Conference was the fourteenth conference of the Premier Volleyball League and its fifth conference as a professional league. The tournament began on February 4, 2023, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, Quezon City. Formerly known as the Open Conference, the conference was rebranded as the "All-Filipino Conference" to better reflect the fact that the tournament's participation is restricted to Filipino players, including Filipino-Foreigners. Participating teams Venues This conference eyes hosting games again outside of Metro Manila such as in Lucena, Iloilo City, and Cagayan de Oro, just like in previous seasons from 2019 and prior. 2022 PVL Reinforced Conference
The 2022 Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference was the thirteenth conference of the Premier Volleyball League (''40th conference of the former Shakey's V-League'') and its fourth conference as a professional league. The tournament began on 8 October and finished on 6 December 2022. This is the first reinforced conference in three years, since the last reinforced was commenced way back in 2019. It features nine local teams with one foreign guest player each. Among these nine teams are the returning F2 Logistics Cargo Movers and the debuting team — Akari Chargers. Volleyball
Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since Tokyo 1964. Beach volleyball was introduced to the programme at the Atlanta 1996. The adapted version of volleyball at the Summer Paralympic Games is sitting volleyball. The complete set of rules is extensive, but play essentially proceeds as follows: a player on one of the teams begins a 'rally' by serving the ball (tossing or releasing it and then hitting it with a hand or arm), from behind the back boundary line of the court, over the net, and into the receiving team's court.
