2023 PVL All-Filipino Conference
The 2023 Premier Volleyball League First All-Filipino Conference was the fourteenth conference of the Premier Volleyball League and its fifth conference as a professional league. The tournament began on February 4, 2023, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, Quezon City. Formerly known as the Open Conference, the conference was rebranded as the "All-Filipino Conference" to better reflect the fact that the tournament's participation is restricted to Filipino players, including Filipino-Foreigners. Participating teams Venues This conference eyes hosting games again outside of Metro Manila such as in Lucena, Iloilo City, and Cagayan de Oro, just like in previous seasons from 2019 and prior. As of February 3, the league is set to arrange games in Iloilo City on March 14. Dante Alinsunurin
Dante Alinsunurin is a Filipino volleyball coach. Career NU Bulldogs Alinsunurin has coached in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP), mentoring the National University (NU) Bulldogs men's volleyball team which won back-to-back titles over FEU in 2019 and Ateneo in 2018. The Bulldogs, under his watch, also took part at the 2018 ASEAN University Games in Myanmar and clinched a gold medal for the Philippines. Club Alinsunurin has participated at the Spikers' Turf as coach. He guided the Megabuilders Volley Bolts in 2017. He also coached Go for Gold Air Force team which finished as runners-up at the 2021 PNVF Champions League. Choco Mucho Flying Titans
The Choco Mucho Flying Titans is a professional women's volleyball team playing in the Premier Volleyball League. The team is owned by the Republic Biscuit Corporation. History The team was created by the Republic Biscuit Corporation for the 2019 Premier Volleyball League season acquiring the seniors of the 2019 Ateneo Lady Eagles volleyball team together with their coach, Oliver Almadro who won UAAP Season 81 volleyball tournaments. Madayag, De Leon, Tolentino and Gequiliana were joined by the players of the disbanding United Volleyball Club from the Philippine Super Liga. Mylene Balan Paat (born April 5, 1994) is a Filipino professional volleyball player. She currently plays for Nakhon Ratchasima of the Women's Volleyball Thailand League. She also represents the Philippines women's national volleyball team. At the collegiate level, she played for the Adamson Lady Falcons indoor volleyball and beach volleyball teams. The Chery Tiggo Crossovers is a professional women's volleyball team in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL). The team is owned by United Asia Automotive Group, Inc. (UAAGI). History The team debuted in the Philippine Superliga (PSL) during the 2014 Grand Prix as the original Foton Tornadoes. Heading to the 2020 season, the team was renamed to Chery Tiggo Crossovers. On March 10, 2021, the team announced it has joined the professional PVL. Angela Nunag
Angela Nunag (born December 21, 1991) is a Filipino volleyball athlete. She is currently playing for the Cignal HD Spikers in the Premier Volleyball League. Volleyball career Nunag plays as the Libero of the Philippine Army Lady Troopers in 2012 up to 2016. In 2017, she played for the Creamline Cool Smashers and her team became Bronze medalist in the 2017 PVL Open Conference. In 2018, she transferred back to Philippine Army Lady Troopers and she won best Libero in 2019.
