Lazarus Union
The Corps Saint Lazarus International (CSLI), or simply the Lazarus Union, is an international non-governmental organization that focuses on humanitarian aid and civil protection, whilst following the principles of Saint Lazarus; tolerance, humility, mercy and charity. The Lazarus Union has members in more than 120 countries and enjoys General Consultative Status with the ECOSOC of the United Nations. History CSLI was founded in Austria in 2006. It is an international organization with headquarters in Austria, in Vienna, and is recognized by the authorities of that country with registration no. 023914681 (Austrian central register). In a short time the CSLI expands in Europe and in many other countries, in each of which develops projects with local specificities. ECOSOC
The United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC; french: links=no, Conseil économique et social des Nations unies, ) is one of the six principal organs of the United Nations, responsible for coordinating the economic and social fields of the organization, specifically in regards to the fifteen specialised agencies, the eight functional commissions, and the five regional commissions under its jurisdiction. Lothar Gellert (September 15, 1957 in Göttingen) is a German lawyer and university lecturer. Life He studied law at the University of Göttingen. From 1991 to 2011, he worked at the Federal Ministry of Finance in various positions and departments. During this period he was also seconded as a national expert to the European Commission's Directorates-General OLAF (2005 to 2007) and TAXUD (2009 to 2011). Since 2011 he has been working at the Hochschule des Bundes für öffentliche Vervaltung in Münster. He is the author of a number of scholarly works and publications. Since 2016, he has also worked in Ukraine. He became a customs policy adviser to the Head of State Fiscal Service, Roman Nasirov.
