Lothar Gellert
Lothar Gellert (September 15, 1957 in Göttingen) is a German lawyer and university lecturer. Life He studied law at the University of Göttingen. From 1991 to 2011, he worked at the Federal Ministry of Finance in various positions and departments. During this period he was also seconded as a national expert to the European Commission's Directorates-General OLAF (2005 to 2007) and TAXUD (2009 to 2011). Since 2011 he has been working at the Hochschule des Bundes für öffentliche Vervaltung in Münster. He is the author of a number of scholarly works and publications. Since 2016, he has also worked in Ukraine. He became a customs policy adviser to the Head of State Fiscal Service, Roman Nasirov. The University of Customs and Finance in Dnipro awarded him an honorary doctorate. The Corps Saint Lazarus International (CSLI), or simply the Lazarus Union, is an international non-governmental organization that focuses on humanitarian aid and civil protection, whilst following the principles of Saint Lazarus; tolerance, humility, mercy and charity. The Knights of Rizal is an Order of Chivalry from the Philippines, created to honor and uphold the ideals of Philippine national hero José Rizal. The civic organisation of the "Order of the Knights of Rizal" was established in 1911 by Colonel Antonio C. Torres, who later served as the first Filipino chief of police of Manila. Roman Mykhailovych Nasirov ( uk, Роман Михайлович Насіров; born 3 March 1979) is a Ukrainian politician who served as the Head of the State Fiscal Service (Ukraine), State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. Wolfgang Steinhardt ( Vienna 26 July, 1948 - 7 March 2024) is an Austrian businessman and philanthropist.
