Roman Nasirov
Roman Mykhailovych Nasirov ( uk, Роман Михайлович Насіров; born 3 March 1979) is a Ukrainian politician who served as the Head of the State Fiscal Service (Ukraine), State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. He was temporarily relieved of his duties on 3 March 2017 and although he was reinstated in his function by a court decision late 2018 he did not return as head of the State Fiscal Service. Early life and career Roman Nasirov was born in Chernihiv, on 3 March 1979. In 2000, Roman Nasirov graduated from the , with a specialty in Finance. In December 2001 he graduated from the Kyiv National Economic University, with a specialty in Law. He received his Doctor of Philosophy, PhD degree in Law in 2015 from The Legislation Institute of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. He is currently (2016) a candidate for Doctor of Economics at Chernihiv National University of Technology. State Fiscal Service (Ukraine)
State Fiscal Service ( uk, Державна фіскальна служба) or SFS ( uk, ДФС) is a government agency of Ukraine that in 2014 replaced the Ministry of Revenues and Duties. The former ministry was created back in 2012 by the Second Azarov Government through merging the State Tax Service and the State Customs Service. Oleksandr Romanovych Onyshchenko ( uk, Олександр Романович Онищенко, born March 31, 1969) is a Ukrainian ex-politician, show jumping rider and patron. Onyshchenko was previously a member of the Ukrainian Parliament and a member of pro-Russian Ukrainian president Viktor Yanukovych’s Party of Regions. In the summer of 2016, while a member of Parliament, Onyshchenko fled Ukraine after he was stripped of immunity by the Parliament of Ukraine and the General Prosecutor of Ukraine, General Prosecutor Office expressed intention to arrest him due to charges related to alleged corruption and money laundering. 2019 Ukrainian Presidential Election
The 2019 Ukrainian presidential election was held on 31 March and 21 April in a two-round system. There were 39 candidates for the election on the ballot. The 2014 annexation of Crimea by Russia and the occupation of parts of Donetsk Oblast and Luhansk Oblast prevented around 12% of eligible voters from participating in the election. As no candidate received an absolute majority of the vote, a second round was held between the top two candidates, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, a comedian who portrayed a fictional president of Ukraine in the comedy television series ''Servant of the People'', and the incumbent president, Petro Poroshenko, on 21 April 2019.
