Lorenza Bernot Krauze (born August 16, 1988) is a Mexican beauty pageant contestant who competed in the Miss International 2008 pageant. Born in Mexico City and raised in Cuernavaca, Morelos from the age of five, Lorenza Bernot competed against thirty-three other contestants for the national beauty title of Mexico, Nuestra Belleza Mexico, held in Manzanillo, Colima on October 5, 2007. Nuestra Belleza Mexico 2007
''Nuestra'' is the debut studio album of the Venezuelan rock band La Vida Bohème, released in August 2010. Recorded and produced by Rudy Pagliuca, it is a free download on the website of the record label All of the Above. The album was nominated for "Best Latin Pop, Rock or Urban Album" in the 54th Grammy Awards. The two singles from this album are "Radio Capital" and "Danz!". Background and Recording The album was recorded in Caracas in 2009, on fairly independent terms. Guitarist Daniel De Sousa happened to be studying engineering at the time, and took on designing a distortion pedal that was used on the album. The synths were designed/programmed by fellow Venezuelan artist Arca, then known as Nuuro. Nuestra Belleza México 2007
The 14th Nuestra Belleza México pageant, was held at the Auditorio "Profr. Manuel Bonilla Valle" of Manzanillo, Colima, Mexico on October 6, 2007. Thirty-three contestants of the Mexican Republic competed for the national title, which was won by Elisa Nájera from Guanajuato, who later competed in Miss Universe 2008 in Vietnam where she was the 4th Runner-up. Nájera was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza México titleholder Rosa María Ojeda. She is the first and only Guanajuatense to win this title. The Nuestra Belleza Mundo México title was won by Anagabriela Espinoza from Nuevo León, who later competed in Miss World 2008 in South Africa where she was a semifinalist in the Top 15. Mexicana Universal is a national beauty pageant in Mexico held annually since 2018, replacing the former pageant, Nuestra Belleza México, held since 1994. Currently, the pageant is responsible for selecting the country’s delegates to Miss Universe, Miss International, Reina Hispanoamericana, Miss Charm International, and Nuestra Latinoamericana Universal. The current Mexicana Universal is Irma Miranda of Sonora, who will represent Mexico at Miss Universe 2022. Cuernavaca (; nci-IPA, Cuauhnāhuac, kʷawˈnaːwak "near the woods", ) is the capital and largest city of the state of Morelos in Mexico. The city is located around a 90-minute drive south of Mexico City using the Federal Highway 95D.
