List Of Hospitals In Indonesia
This is a list of hospitals in Indonesia, including clinics. As of 2019, there were 2,813 hospitals of all types in Indonesia, 63.5% of which are run by private organisations. In 2012, according to data from the Ministry of Health of Indonesia, there were 2,454 hospitals around the country, with a total of 305,242 beds, a figure of 0.9 bed per 1,000 inhabitants. According to the World Health Organization, there were 5,734 hospitals with 338,370 beds in 2014. Most hospitals are in urban areas. In 2014, 53 percent of the hospitals were in the Java-Bali region were 59 percent of the population lived. Ministry Of Health (Indonesia)
The Ministry of Health ( id, Kementerian Kesehatan) is a government ministry which organize public health affairs within the Indonesian government. History Ministry of Health was formed on 19 August 1945. The ministry is responsible for public health affairs in Indonesia. The ministry is led by a minister who is responsible to the president and part of the cabinet. Commonly, the minister usually came from medical doctor, however some of them were military doctor. Since 2009, the government has been required to allocate 5% of state budget for health sector. However, the mandatory 5% state budget for health sector was achieved in 2019. West Jakarta ( bew, Jakarte Bekulon; id, Jakarta Barat) is one of the five Cities of Indonesia, administrative cities of the Jakarta, Special Capital Region of Jakarta, Indonesia. Menteng is the south-central district of Central Jakarta, one of the administrative municipalities in the capital city Jakarta, Indonesia. The nexus of its heritage is the Menteng neighbourhood (Project), a new urban design developed mainly in the 1910s as a residential area for Indo-Dutch people, the upper middle class, and high officials. Prof. dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah General Hospital ( id, Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Prof. dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah, or Prof.Ngoerah Hospital) is the largest hospital in Bali. Panti Rapih Hospital (''Rumah Sakit Panti Rapih'') is a private hospital in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. It was founded in 1929 by five sisters from St. Carolus Borromeus. It is managed by Panti Rapih Foundation. History In January 1929, five sisters from St. Carolus Borromeus came in Yogyakarta to serve the sick people. They are Sr. Gaudentia Brand, Sr. Yudith de Laat, Sr. Ignatia Lemmens, Sr. Simonia, and Sr. Ludolpha de Groot. With the help from Ir. Schmutzer, a hospital was built. The foundation stone was laid by C.T.M.Schmutzer van Rijckevorsel on September 15, 1928 and the building work was finished in August 1929. On August 25, 1929, the building was blessed by Mgr.
