Linda Ericsson
Linda Ericsson (born 2 October 1973) is a retired Swedish professional golfer. She was runner-up at the 1993 European Ladies Amateur, and played on the Ladies European Tour. Amateur career Ericsson was selected for the National Team and finished 4th at the 1992 Espirito Santo Trophy in Vancouver, Canada together with Annika Sörenstam and Maria Hjorth. She again finished 4th at the 1993 European Ladies' Team Championship. She won silver in 1992 and gold in 1994 at the European Lady Junior's Team Championship, teamed with Charlotta Sörenstam and four others under captain Pia Nilsson. Ericsson played on the Swedish Golf Tour as an amateur and won the 1991 SM Match and the 1992 Rörstrand Ladies Open. She was runner-up to Vibeke Stensrud at the 1993 European Ladies Amateur in Turin, Italy. Professional career Ericsson turned professional in 1997 and joined the Ladies European Tour. Karlstad (, ) is the 20th-largest city in Sweden, the seat of Karlstad Municipality, the capital of Värmland County, and the largest city in the province Värmland in Sweden. Ford-Stimorol Danish Open
The Danish Ladies Open was a women's professional golf tournament on the Ladies European Tour played between 1988 and 1997, the national open golf championship of Denmark. The tournament also featured on the Swedish Golf Tour in 1988, 1989, and 2002, as well as again from 2022, when it was also an LET Access Series event. 1992 Swedish Golf Tour (women)
The 1992 Swedish Golf Tour, known as the Lancôme Tour for sponsorship reasons, was the seventh season of the Swedish Golf Tour, a series of professional golf tournaments for women held in Sweden. 1992 was the second year with Lancôme as the main sponsor, and the tour remained the only regional ladies golf tour in Europe operating as a feeder tour for the LET. For the first time no events were scheduled opposite LET events. The number of events were limited and prize money somewhat decreased due to the Early 1990s recession. Carin Hjalmarsson won three tournaments and her first of two consecutive Order of Merit. Ladies French Open
The Open de France Dames is a women's professional golf tournament in France on the Ladies European Tour. It has been played annually since 1987, with four exceptions: 1990, 1991, 1992, and 1998. Since the 2011 edition, Lacoste has been the title sponsor of the event. Between 2012 and 2017 the tournament was held at Golf de Chantaco, near Saint-Jean-de-Luz in the Basque Country, which belongs to the Lacoste family.
