The Ladies Finnish Open is a professional women's golf tournament held in Finland. It was played as part of the Swedish Golf Tour 1998–2011, the LET Access Series 2012–2019, and after a one year hiatus, added to the Ladies European Tour in 2021. Finland last hosted a Ladies European Tour event in the Ladies Finnish Masters (2005–2011). Ursula Wikström
Ursula Wikström (born 3 July 1980) is a Finnish professional golfer who plays on the Ladies European Tour. She represented Finland at the 2016 Rio Olympics and won the 2017 Ladies Finnish Open. Career Wikström played college golf with the New Mexico State Aggies and won six college tournaments. She married Mika Wikström, who works for the Finnish Golf Federation, in early 2005 and changed her name from Tuutti to Wikström. Wikström joined the Ladies European Tour in 2004 and has multiple runner-up finishes. In 2008, she finished second at the Finnair Masters behind compatriot Minea Blomqvist. She was also runner-up at the 2009 Open de France Dames, 2012 Turkish Airlines Ladies Open as well as the 2012 and 2015 Dutch Ladies Open. In 2019 she had a consistent year with eight top-20 finishes, including a season-best result of fourth in the Estrella Damm Mediterranean Ladies Open, and finished 17th on the Order of Merit. Sarah Schober
Sarah Schober (born 15 April 1992) is an Austrian professional golfer and Ladies European Tour player. She was runner-up at the 2022 Big Green Egg Open and won the 2016 LETAS Order of Merit. Amateur career Schober was born in Wagna, Austria and began playing golf at the age of eight. At twelve, she joined the National Team. She appeared three times at the Espirito Santo Trophy, and multiple times at the European Ladies' Team Championship, earning a silver medal in 2013 as Austria lost the final to Spain 5 to 2. Schober finished her finals singles match against Camilla Hedberg all square. Schober attended Redlands Community College in Oklahoma for four semesters, and won the NJCAA Championship back to back in 2012 and 2013. She then played with the Florida Gators women's golf team while attending the University of Florida in Gainesville for two semesters, majoring in telecommunications. Emma Nilsson (born 8 March 1994) is a Swedish professional golfer and member of the Ladies European Tour. She was runner-up at the 2020 South African Women's Open. Family and early life Nilsson was born in Kristianstad 1994. Her sister Sarah Nilsson, born in 1997, is also a professional golfer and was a Ladies European Tour rookie in 2017. Sanna Nuutinen (born 8 April 1991) is a Finnish professional golfer playing on the Ladies European Tour (LET) and LPGA Tour. In 2019, she was runner-up at the Tipsports Czech Ladies Open and in 2020, she finished 5th on the LET Order of Merit. Julia Anna Margareta Engström (born 27 March 2001) is a Swedish professional golfer. A golf prodigy, she became the youngest winner of the British Ladies Amateur, at age 15. She won twice on the Ladies European Tour as a teenager, and was the 2018 LET Rookie of the Year. At 21, she retired due to spinal injuries. 2018 LET Access Series
The 2018 LET Access Series was a series of professional women's golf tournaments held from April through November 2018 across Europe. The LET Access Series is the second-tier women's professional golf tour in Europe and is the official developmental tour of the Ladies European Tour. The Jabra Ladies Open, held at the Evian Resort Golf Club in France and since 2014 the European qualifying competition for the Evian Championship, became the tour's first dual-ranking event with the LET.
