Ladies Finnish Masters
The Ladies Finnish Masters was a women's professional golf tournament on the Ladies European Tour held in Helsinki, Finland, between 2005 and 2011. In 2006 Finnair, the country's largest airline, became title sponsor and it changed name to the Finnair Masters. The 54-hole tournament was played every year at the Helsinki Golf Club and with a purse of €200,000 had one of the smaller prize funds on the tour. Between 2005 and 2007 the tournament was a constituent of the Volvo Cross Country Challenge, which offered a bonus pool of $100,000 for events in the Nordic region, with the added bonus of $1million should any player win all four of the Volvo Cross Country Challenge events. 2009 Ladies European Tour
The 2009 Ladies European Tour was a series of golf tournaments for elite female golfers from around the world which took place from January through December 2009. The tournaments were sanctioned by the Ladies European Tour (LET). The tour featured 21 official money events, as well as the Solheim Cup and the European Ladies Golf Cup. Sophie Gustafson won the Order of Merit with earnings of €281,315, ahead of Catriona Matthew. Gustafson participated in only four events, and Matthew only three events. Cecilia Ekelundh (born 19 February 1978) is a Swedish golfer. Career She turned professional in 2000 and was a Ladies European Tour rookie in 2002. She won on tour for the first time at the 2004 Ladies Open of Portugal. In 2005, she successfully defended that title in 2005 and also won the inaugural Volvo Cross Country Challenge. Lisa Holm Sørensen
Lisa Holm Sørensen (born 29 September 1982) is a retired Danish professional golfer who played on the Ladies European Tour (LET) and won the Ladies Finnish Masters. Career Sørensen won her first LET event at the 2005 Ladies Finnish Masters, held at Helsinki Golf Club. Following the event Sørensen rose to 16th on the 2008 Money List and briefly became the leading Dane on the Ladies European Tour. Johanna Monica Elisabeth Westerberg Johansson (born 24 November 1977) is a Swedish professional golfer. Westerberg was born in Linköping, Sweden. She resides in Södertälje, Sweden. Bettina Hauert
Bettina Alexandra Hauert (born 18 June 1982) is a German professional golfer and member of the Ladies European Tour. Amateur career Born in Hagen, Germany, Hauert was the individual champion at the 2003 Sherry Cup. She was also a member of the 2003 European team at the Vagliano Trophy. Professional career Hauert won the Ladies European Tour qualifying school in 2003, and in 2004 become the first female golf professional to take a place alongside the men on the Playing Pro Team of the PGA of Germany. In her first three seasons on tour her best finish was a tie for seventh at the Scandinavian TPC hosted by Annika. Ursula Wikström
Ursula Wikström (born 3 July 1980) is a Finnish professional golfer who plays on the Ladies European Tour. She represented Finland at the 2016 Rio Olympics and won the 2017 Ladies Finnish Open. Career Wikström played college golf with the New Mexico State Aggies and won six college tournaments. She married Mika Wikström, who works for the Finnish Golf Federation, in early 2005 and changed her name from Tuutti to Wikström. Wikström joined the Ladies European Tour in 2004 and has multiple runner-up finishes. In 2008, she finished second at the Finnair Masters behind compatriot Minea Blomqvist. She was also runner-up at the 2009 Open de France Dames, 2012 Turkish Airlines Ladies Open as well as the 2012 and 2015 Dutch Ladies Open. Minea "Minni" Blomqvist, (born 12 March 1985 in Espoo, Finland) is a professional golfer who played on the U.S.-based LPGA Tour in the early 2000s. She won twice on the Ladies European Tour. Amateur career Blomqvist was a member of the Finnish National Ladies Team from 2001 to 2003 and played in the 2002 Espirito Santo Trophy World Amateur Golf Team Championships.
