Kato Acharnes railway station ( el, Σιδηροδρομικός Σταθμός Κάτω Αχαρνών, Sidirodromikos stathmos Kato Acharnon) is a station on the Piraeus–Platy railway line in Agioi Anargyroi, West Athens. This station opened on 27 February 2014. It owes its name to the area of Kato Acharnes, and is located next to Merimna Square. History The station opened on 27 February 2014. A dot-matrix display is a low cost electronic digital display device that displays information on machines such as clocks, watches, calculators, and many other devices requiring a simple alphanumeric (and/or graphic) display device of limited resolution. Kiato railway station ( el, Σιδηροδρομικός Σταθμός Κιάτου, Sidirodromikós Stathmós Kiátou) is a station in Kiato in the northern Peloponnese, Greece. The station is located 1 km west of the town, near the A8 motorway between Athens and Patras. It was opened on 9 July 2007. Island Platform
An island platform (also center platform, centre platform) is a station layout arrangement where a single platform is positioned between two tracks within a railway station, tram stop or transitway interchange.
