Krzysztof Ciebień
Krzysztof Artur Ciebień (born 1 July 1955 in Lublin, Poland) is a Polish diplomat, ambassador to North Korea (2014–2019). Life Ciebień grew up in Zamość where he finished high school. He started his studies at the Main School of Planning and Statistics in Warsaw and continued them at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. Finally, in 1981 he graduated from the Faculty of Far East. He has been studying also at the Polish Institute of International Affairs (1985), National School of Public Administration (2007), and Polish Institute of Diplomacy (2014). Besides Polish, he speaks Chinese, English, and Russian. In October 1981, he began his professional career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland (MFA). Edward Pietrzyk
Generał broni Edward Pietrzyk (3 November 19495 May 2021) was a Polish military officer, diplomat and general in the Polish Army. He was commander-in-chief of the Polish Land Forces. Early life and career Pietrzyk was born in Rawa Mazowiecka in 1949. In 1971 he graduated from the Military University of Technology (WAT) of Warsaw, after which he served for six years in the 2nd Artillery Brigade. In 1978 he moved to Moscow, where he graduated from the local Military Academy of Artillery. In 1988 he became the deputy commander of Polish artillery and rocket forces of the Warsaw Military Area. In 1990, Pietrzyk graduated from the General Staff Academy of the USSR and after two years of service as the deputy chief of operations of the General Staff, he became the chief of the Operational Command of the Polish General Staff. Polsat News is a Polish news channel, launched on 7 June 2008 at 7:00am (UTC+1). Being a part of the Polsat Network, Polsat News is owned by Polsat Group. The Polish Embassy in Beijing is the diplomatic mission of the Republic of Poland to the People's Republic of China. The chancery is located at 1, Ritan Rd, Beijing. The chancery of the Polish Embassy in Beijing is located, as with many other embassies, in the special diplomatic quarter of the city. Situated behind a large and ornate screen fence, the embassy is guarded night and day by officers of the People's Armed Police. The building was originally designed in a socialist realist style, but upon construction was actually built in a largely modernist style with a few elements of classicism, notably the columns supporting the portico.
