João Alexandre Duarte Ferreira Fernandes
João Alexandre Duarte Ferreira Fernandes (born 31 December 1979), known as Neca, is a Portuguese former footballer who played as a midfielder. He amassed Primeira Liga totals of 225 matches and 29 goals over the course of 12 seasons, representing in the competition Belenenses, Vitória de Guimarães, MarÃtimo and Vitória de Setúbal. He also played professionally in Turkey. Club career Born in Lisbon, Neca started playing professionally with local C.F. Os Belenenses, being a starter from an early age. For 2005–06 he moved to fellow Primeira Liga club Vitória S.C. on a two-year contract as a free agent and, although he was an important first-team member in his only season, the Guimarães-based side were relegated and he left. Neca signed for C.S. MarÃtimo in summer 2006, on a Bosman transfer. After limited playing time, he was loaned out to Konyaspor in January 2007. In sport, a cap is a player's appearance in a game at international level. The term dates from the practice in the United Kingdom of awarding a cap to every player in an international match of rugby football and association football. In the early days of football, the concept of each team wearing a set of matching shirts had not been universally adopted, so each side would distinguish itself from the other by wearing a specific sort of cap. An early illustration of the first international football match between Scotland and England in 1872 shows the Scottish players wearing cowls, and the English wearing a variety of school caps. UEFA European Under-21 Championship 2002 was the 13th staging of UEFA's European Under-21 Championship. The final tournament was hosted by Switzerland between 16 and 28 May 2002. ''Observador'' is a Portuguese online newspaper started on May 19, 2014. It is the only Portuguese newspaper in Portugal with a defined political orientation (right-wing liberalism). TFF First League
The TFF 1. Lig, officially known as Spor Toto 1. Lig for sponsorship reasons, is the second level of the Turkish football league system. The league was founded in 2001 as the ''Turkish Second League Category A'' after the reorganization of the Second Football League, which was the second level of the Turkish league system between 1963 and 2001. Sado River
The river Sado () is a river in southern Portugal; it is one of the major rivers in the country.
