Jo Harten
Joanne Elizabeth Harten (born 21 March 1989) is a former England netball international. She was a member of the England team that won the gold medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. She also sits on the board of the Australian Netball Players’ Association. In 2020 she received an for her services to netball. She was also a member of the England teams that won bronze medals at the 2010 Commonwealth Games and at the 2011, 2015 and 2019 Netball World Cups. At club level she has played in grand finals for Galleria Mavericks, Loughborough Lightning and Giants Netball. Harten has captained Loughborough Lightning, Giants and England teams. Harlow
Harlow is a large town and local government district located in the west of Essex, England. 2015 Netball World Cup
The Netball World Cup Sydney 2015 (NWC2015) was the 14th edition of the INF Netball World Cup, the premier competition in international netball. It was held from 7–16 August, in Sydney, Australia, which secured hosting rights after defeating a rival bid from Manchester, England. Matches were played at Allphones Arena and Netball Central. Sixteen nations competed at the championships, including the top six teams from the 2011 World Netball Championships in Singapore. After two rounds in which teams competed in pools of four, Australia, New Zealand, England and Jamaica contested the semi-finals. Netball
Netball is a ball sport played on a court by two teams of seven players. It is among a rare number of sports which have been created exclusively for female competitors. The sport is played on indoor and outdoor netball courts and is specifically played in schools. Netball is most popularly played in Commonwealth of Nations, Commonwealth nations. Field Hockey
Field hockey is a team sport structured in standard hockey format, in which each team plays with ten outfield players and a goalkeeper. Teams must drive a round hockey ball by hitting it with a hockey stick towards the rival team's shooting circle and then into the goal. The match is won by the team that scores the most goals. Matches are played on grass, watered turf, artificial turf, synthetic field, or indoor boarded surface. The stick is made of wood, carbon fibre, fibreglass, or a combination of carbon fibre and fibreglass in different quantities. Church Langley
Church Langley is part of Harlow, Essex, England. Church Langley was built from 1992 and was originally named Brenthall Park, consisting of three developers in the Brenthall Park partnership who then sold on some parts to other developers. It was built over thirteen years by sixteen different home builders. The Australian Netball Players’ Association (ANPA) is an organisation that represents the professional netball players of Australia. The Association's aim is to act as a collective voice to promote the interests and protect the welfare of Australia's elite netballers, as well as provide education and support to those players.
