Swahili Language
Swahili, also known by its local name , is the native language of the Swahili people, who are found primarily in Tanzania, Kenya and Mozambique (along the East African coast and adjacent litoral islands). It is a Bantu language, though Swahili has borrowed a number of words from foreign languages, particularly Arabic, but also words from Portuguese, English and German. Around forty percent of Swahili vocabulary consists of Arabic loanwords, including the name of the language ( , a plural adjectival form of an Arabic word meaning 'of the coast'). Jamhuri Jazz Band
Jamhuri Jazz Band was a dance band founded as the Nyamwezi Jazz Band in late the 1950s in Tanga, Tanzania when the country was known as Tanganyika Tanganyika may refer to: Places * Tanganyika Territory (1916–1961), a former British territory which preceded the sovereign state * Tanganyika (1961–1964), a sovereign state, comprising the mainland part of present-day Tanzania * Tanzania Main .... Jamhuri Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Morogoro, Tanzania. It is currently used mostly for football matches and serves as the home venue for Moro United Moro United F.C. is a Tanzanian football club based in Morogoro. They last played in the top level of Tanzanian professional football, the Tanzanian Premier League, during the 2011/12 season.

Jamhuri Sports Club, is a football club based in Pemba Island, Zanzibar. Jamhuri was established in 1953, and at that time was called Barghash Sports Club. After the Zanizibar revolution in 1964, the name was changed to Jamhuri. The main rival team is Mwenge S.C. as both team are located in Wete.
