Ingeborg Steffens
Ingeborg Steffens (October 3, 1907 – April 27, 1982) was a Norwegian actress. Steffens was born in Kristiania (now Oslo), Norway. She was the daughter of Major General William Steffens (1880–1964) and Anette Eger (1884–1944). She was the first wife of the actor Georg Richter. Steffens was engaged at the Oslo New Theater from 1930 to 1947. Steffens made her film debut in 1951 in Astrid Henning-Jensen's film ''Kranes konditori'' and then starred in '' Ukjent mann'' (1951) and ''Andrine og Kjell'' (1952). Georg Lüddeckens Alexander Richter (27 December 1915 – 10 May 1972) was a German-born Norwegian actor. Personal life Richter was born in Berlin to German actor Georg Alexander and Norwegian actress Aud Egede-Nissen. His stepfather was the actor Paul Richter. He was a grandson of politician Adam Egede-Nissen and Goggi Egede-Nissen. William Steffens
William Steffens (5 November 1880 – 1964) was a Norwegian military officer, born in Christiania. He was Major General and commander of the Norwegian 4th Division from 1935. During the Norwegian Campaign in 1940 he was Head of the Armed Forces in Western Norway. He was a delegate in Canada for the Norwegian government-in-exile in London from 1940 to 1941, and was military attaché in the Soviet Union from 1941 to 1945. Oslo Nye Teater is a theater located in Oslo, Norway. The theater has its main stage in its own theater house at Rosenkrantz' gate 10. It is one of Norway's most visited theatres. Astrid Henning-Jensen (born Astrid Smahl; 10 December 1914 – 5 January 2002) was a Danes, Danish film director, actress, editor and screenwriter. Early life Henning-Jensen was born in the Copenhagen district of Frederiksberg in 1914, to parents Ferdinand Smahl and Ruth Hanner. She graduated from secondary school (''realskole'') and began working as an actress in the theatre. She acted from 1935 to 1938 in theatres such as ''Alléscenen'' and ''Riddersalen'' in Copenhagen. Henning-Jensen also wrote the screenplay, which was based on Cora Sandel's novel of the same name.
