Ioannis Kousoulos
Ioannis Kousoulos ( el, Ιωάννης Κούσουλος; born 14 June 1996 in Limassol) is a professional Cypriot football player who plays for Cypriot First Division club Omonia, and the Cyprus national team. Career Born in Limassol, Kousoulos signed his first professional contract with Nea Salamina at the age of 18. On 3 July 2018, Kousoulos joined Omonia on a four-year contract. In August 2020, he renewed his contract until 2024. Kousoulos started the vast majority of Omonia's games in the 2020–21 season, in which he helped his team win the domestic league, and was named Omonia's vice-captain. He was given the nickname "Machine" by then Omonia coach Henning Berg. On 20 July 2021, Kousoulos sustained a knee cartilage injury in a Champions League qualifier against Dinamo Zagreb, which kept him out of action for the entirety of the 2021–22 season. Limassol
Limassol (; el, Λεμεσός, Lemesós ; tr, Limasol or ) is a city on the southern coast of Cyprus and capital of the district with the same name. AEK Larnaca FC ( el, AEK; for short Αθλητική Έvωση Κίτιον Λάρνακας , translit=''Athletiki Enosi Kition Larnakas'', "Athletic Union Kition of Larnaca") is a Cypriot professional football club based in Larnaca. The club was formed in 1994 after a merger of two historical Larnaca clubs, EPA Larnaca and Pezoporikos. The club also has a men's basketball team, a women's volleyball team and a men's futsal team. The club's name comes from the ancient Greek city of Cyprus, Kition, which was located on the site of today's Larnaca. The colours of the club are yellow and green, and their emblem is admiral Kimon, who died at the seafront while defending the city of Kition circa 450 BC, in a fight against the Persians. UEFA Euro 2020 Qualifying Group I
Group I of UEFA Euro 2020 qualifying was one of the ten groups to decide which teams would qualify for the UEFA Euro 2020 finals tournament. Group I consisted of six teams: Belgium, Cyprus, Kazakhstan, Russia, San Marino and Scotland, where they played against each other home-and-away in a round-robin format. The top two teams, Belgium and Russia, qualified directly for the finals. 2022–23 Cypriot First Division
The 2022–23 Cypriot First Division is the 84th season of the Cypriot top-level football league. Competition system 14 teams will participate in the 2022–23 First Division. It will be conducted in two phases. In the first phase, all teams will play each other twice, one at home and one away. After the completion of the 26 matches (A phase) the teams will participate in 2 groups (depending on their position) and will play ranking matches (B phase). 2016-17 Cypriot First Division
16-17 is a band from Basel, Switzerland. Their music combines punk rock, hardcore punk, jazz and industrial music. Biography 16-17 was founded in 1983 by Alex Buess, Knut Remond and Markus Kneubühler. When the group played its first concerts in 1983 it was received with controversial reactions: there where hardly any groups that played in an approximately similar style. Only some years later around 1986 groups like Painkiller, Last Exit or The Flying Luttenbachers appeared . They played a similar mix of rough noise, heavily amplified instruments and free jazz inspired improvisation. 1983 to 1994 the group did a lot of tours and played many gigs all over Europe, Japan and USA. From this period there are three official releases: the cassette ''Buffbunker and Hardkore'' , the LP ''16-17'' (Label Rec Rec) as well as the LP '' When All Else Fails...'' (Label Vision/Praxis).
