Hiraku Hori
Hiraku Hori ( ja, 堀啓; born April 3, 1982) is a retired Japanese heavyweight kickboxer. A professional from 2001 until 2010, he competed almost exclusively in K-1. Career Hori made his professional debut at K-1 Survival 2001, winning via third-round knockout. After winning four of his next five, he faced MMA fighter Kazuhiro Nakamura at K-1 Beast 2003. After a competitive first round, Hori used his large reach advantage to attack Nakamura with a series of left roundhouse kicks, then knocked him out with a high kick. Hori was then pitted against fellow Japanese prospect Tatsufumi Tomihara in the quarterfinals of the K-1 Survival 2003 Japan Grand Prix. He won via decision, and moved on to face Musashi, the premiere heavyweight Japanese star at the time. Hori lost via TKO due to a low kick. Chalid Arrab
Chalid "Die Faust" Arrab (born May 28, 1975) is a German- Moroccan kickboxer and mixed martial artist. He trains at Team Golden Glory in Breda under Cor Hemmers. Biography and career Arrab's amateur boxing record of 34 Wins and 31 KOs out of 37 bouts has earned him the nickname "Die Faust" ("The Fist" in German). On April 29, 2006 Arrab entered the K-1 World GP 2006 in Las Vegas as a heavy underdog. Just one week before the fight he was involved in serious car crash in Germany. Arrab walked away unharmed. In the quarterfinals Arrab took on a former wrestler, Sean O'Haire. Arrab stepped in quickly firing with series of uppercuts and knocking out the American in first round. Jason Suttie
Jason "Psycho" Suttie (born 7 August 1973) is a Samoan-born New Zealand former heavyweight kickboxer and 6 time Muay Thai World champion fighting out of Elite Thai Kickboxing Gym in Auckland, New Zealand. Biography and career In his youth Suttie fought under the great NZ trainer Lollo Heimuli of the gym Balmoral Lee Gar, training alongside Ray Sefo, Jayson Vemoa and Doug Viney. Having some 25 fights before opening his own gym, Jason has been very successful both as an amateur and professional kickboxer. As an amateur he took a New Zealand title and the South Pacific super middleweight and light heavyweight titles. Peter Aerts
Peter Aerts (born 25 October 1970) is a Dutch semi-retired kickboxer. Known for his devastating high kicks, which earned him the nickname "The Dutch Lumberjack", he is widely considered to be one of the greatest heavyweight kickboxers of all time. Born in Eindhoven, Netherlands, Aerts began training in Taekwondo at the age of fourteen. He won his first world title when he was nineteen years old in 1990, taking the International Kick Boxing Federation's Heavyweight Championship. He would also add the Dutch heavyweight title and the World Muay Thai Association's heavyweight title to his mantelpiece before going on to compete in Japan. He competed in every K-1 World Grand Prix except one, in 2009.
