Roy Pierre Vernond Hendriksen (born 21 January 1969) is a Dutch professional football manager, coach and former player. During his 16-year playing career he played Eredivisie football with SC Cambuur, before retiring in 2007 and entering management with Zeelandia Middelburg. He later served as assistant manager at RKC Waalwijk, N.E.C, Brentford, Sporting CP and Al Jazira. Playing career A midfielder, Hendriksen spent the majority of his 16-year professional career in the Eerste Divisie in the Netherlands, most notably with Helmond Sport, BV Veendam and RBC Roosendaal. He helped SC Cambuur to promotion from the Eerste Divisie in the 1997–98 season and made 27 Eredivisie appearances the following year. He retired in 2007 after a second spell with Helmond Sport. William Hendriksen
William Hendriksen (18 November 1900 – 12 January 1982) was a New Testament scholar and writer of Bible commentaries. He was born in Tiel, Gelderland, but his family moved to Kalamazoo, Michigan in 1911. Hendriksen studied at Calvin College and Calvin Theological Seminary before obtaining an S.T.D. degree from Pikes Peak Bible Seminary, as was common for on-the-job pastors seeking doctorates in the 1930s and 1940s. It is there that he wrote the thesis ''More than Conquerors''. This book has never gone off the market since it was then privately printed and Herman Baker issued it as the first publication of the new Baker Book House in 1940. He received a Th.D. from Princeton Theological Seminary. Hendriksen was an ordained minister in the Christian Reformed Church and served as Professor of New Testament at Calvin Theological Seminary from 1942 to 1952. Arne Olav Weiglin Hendriksen (1 January 1911 – 5 November 1996) was a Norwegian-Swedish ceramic artist and opera singer (tenor). Biography Hendriksen was born in Berlin, Germany. He was trained as a ceramic artist, but had a talent for singing. After studying with Karl Aagard Østvig (1889–1968), he made his debut at Christiania (now Oslo) in 1938. Engaged at the National Theatre in 1940, he worked at Den Nationale Scene in Bergen from 1942 to 1946, before settling in Sweden, where he sang some forty roles at the Stockholm Opera from 1947 to 1964. These included his debut Nemorino and Mozart roles, leading onto Italian Bel canto and Herod in '' Salome''. He appeared at times at the Norwegian National Opera and Ballet and enjoyed success as the main character in ''The Tales of Hoffmann'' in 1954, as well as in other productions. Ulrik Hendriksen
Ulrik Adolph Hendriksen (March 7, 1891 – January 24, 1960) was a Danish-Norwegian painter and graphic artist. Hendriksen was born in Faaborg, Denmark. He studied restoration techniques at the Berlin Art Academy from 1909 to 1911 and then moved to Norway, where he was an assistant to Emanuel Vigeland. He was highly involved in church conservation until the Second World War. His work was summarized in 1952 in a large-scale photo exhibition of Norwegian decorative painting art. As a painter, he participated in the Autumn Exhibition ( no, Høstutstillingen) in 1919 and he eventually had a permanent atelier.
