Multan (; ) is a city in Punjab, Pakistan, on the bank of the Chenab River. Mohsin Naqvi (10 May 1947 − 15 January 1996) was a Pakistani poet, known for his ghazals. Early life Naqvi was born on 10 May 1947 in Dera Ghazi Khan, Punjab, British India (now in Pakistan).
