The Chilik (russian: Чилик, kk, Шілік ''Shilik'', or Шелек ''Shelek'') is a major flowing river in the Almaty Region in the Republic of Kazakhstan, one of the largest left tributaries of the Ili, and the main waterway of southeastern Kazakhstan.
