Fighting Gravity (band)
Fighting Gravity is an American music group based out of Richmond, Virginia, United States. Originally a ska band called Boy O Boy, Fighting Gravity has incorporated a variety of music into their style, including reggae, rock, and pop. Fighting Gravity was formed while its original members were attending Virginia Tech. In the late 1990s, Fighting Gravity was the subject of a five-page article in ''Rolling Stone'' by senior editor David Wild as part of the summer college issue. The band has maintained a sizeable East Coast concert following. History In 2007, Fighting Gravity, along with Dave Matthews Band, Barenaked Ladies, Guster, and O.A.R., took part in the IZStyle Winter Tour, a series of concerts aimed at raising awareness of alternative and renewable energy sources. Collegiate School (Richmond, Virginia)
Collegiate School is a preparatory school for boys and girls located in Richmond, Virginia. The student body of Collegiate comprises about 1,600 total students from Junior Kindergarten through 12th Grade. The Lower School and Upper School are coeducational and the Middle School is coordinated with boys and girls in separate classes. History Collegiate was founded in 1915, By Helen Baker as the Collegiate School for Girls, a college preparatory school located in downtown Richmond. In addition to this campus in town, Collegiate opened the Collegiate Country Day School, off Mooreland and River Roads, in 1953 Collegiate's Town School and the Country Day School merged on Mooreland Road in 1960. Honduras

The NorVa
The NorVa is a performing venue located in Norfolk, Virginia, the name being a syllabic abbreviation of the city and state of its location. About The theatre was the brainchild of local music venue entrepreneurs Bill Reid and Rick Mersel, who have also developed the Atlantic Union Bank Pavilion and have ties to the development of Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater. In 2014, the NorVa was acquired by Anschutz Entertainment Group. The original venue opened in 1922 as a 2,000-seat motion picture and live entertainment (vaudeville) theater. It continued as a movie theater into the 1970s. The building served as home to the Downtown Athletic Club from 1980 until 1998. National Theater (Richmond, Virginia)
The National Theater is a historic theater in Richmond, Virginia. Part of a city block along the 700 block of Broad Street once known as Theatre Row, it is the only surviving auditorium of the row (the others now exist in facade only). The National Theater was built in 1923, originally staging both live entertainment (such as vaudeville shows) as well as motion-pictures. In 1968, it was converted into a dedicated cinema, which closed on September 5, 1983. Deep Run High School
Deep Run High School is a part magnet high school in Henrico County, Virginia, United States. It is named after Deep Run School, one of Henrico County's first schools which was a two-room schoolhouse that can still be found on the grounds of Short Pump Elementary School. The school had approximately over 1,700 students and over 76 faculty members during the 2015-16 school year.
