Erwin Kehlhoffner
Erwin Kehlhoffner (born 6 December 1983 in Strasbourg) is a badminton player from France affiliated with ASL Robertsau club. Career In the junior event, he won the national singles title in 2002, and also the doubles titles in 2001 and 2002. Kehlhoffner competed at the 2005 World Championships in the men's singles and doubles event, but was defeated in the first round both in singles and doubles event. He also qualified to play at the 2006 World Championships in the men's doubles event with his partner Thomas Quéré, but the duo defeated by the German players in the first round. In 2007 he competed in the men's singles event, and was defeated in the first round by Richard Vaughan of Wales, 21–9, 22–20. He won the bronze medal at the 2008 European Championships in the men's doubles with Svetoslav Stoyanov. Chen Jin (badminton)
Chen Jin (born 10 January 1986) is a retired badminton player from China. He is a former world men's singles champion and an Olympic bronze medalist. He also served as women's singles coach of the China national badminton team. Career 2004–2008 Since winning the Asian Junior Championships in 2004, Chen developed into one of the world's elite men's singles players. His titles include the 2004 Polish International, 2004 French International, 2006 German Open, 2007 Swiss Open, and 2007 Macau Open. Chen also captured the China Masters title in 2006, and in 2008 he won his biggest title to date, the prestigious All England Open Badminton Championships over his teammate and then-world number one, Lin Dan. Robert Mateusiak
Robert Bogumił Mateusiak (born 13 January 1976) is a Polish retired badminton player. Career Łogosz and Mateusiak won bronze medals at the European Championships in 2000, 2002, 2004, and 2006. Partnered with Nadieżda Zięba in the mixed doubles event, they won a silver medal at the 2008 European Badminton Championships and a gold medal at the 2012 European Badminton Championships. Mateusiak competed in badminton at the 2000 and the 2004 Summer Olympics, both times in the men's doubles with partner Michał Łogosz. The Bulgarian Open Championship is an annual international badminton championships held in Bulgaria since 1985, by then known as Bulgarian International. John Moody (badminton)
John David Moody (born 21 February 1983) is a New Zealand badminton player. In 2002 and 2004 he won the Fiji International, in 2005 the Ballarat Eureka International and the Waikato International, and in 2006 the North Harbour International and the Waikato International. He represented New Zealand at the Badminton at the 2006 Commonwealth Games, 2006 Commonwealth Games and Badminton at the 2008 Summer Olympics, 2008 Summer Olympics. Ville Lång
Ville Lång (born 14 February 1985) is a badminton player from Finland. He won ten consecutive Finland's National Championship men's singles title in 2005–2014, and 3 men's doubles title in 2010, 2011, and 2017. In 2003, he won bronze at the European Junior Championships. Lång competed at the 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics. He announced his retirement on 31 January 2016, and received a meritorious service award from BWF. After retired from the international competition, Lång started his coaching career first in Paris where he coached the league team Aulnay-sous-Bois after which he has been the head coach of one local club in Sweden. Jonas Rasmussen (born 28 October 1977 in Aarhus) is a retired badminton player from Denmark. Career With his men's doubles partner Lars Paaske he won the 2003 IBF World Championships defeating Indonesian pair Candra Wijaya and Sigit Budiarto in the gold medal match and the All England Super Series 2010 defeating compatriots Mathias Boe and Carsten Mogensen. Rasmussen also competed in badminton at the 2004 Summer Olympics in men's doubles with Paaske. Lars Paaske (born 18 January 1976) is a badminton player from Denmark. Career He competed in badminton at the 2004 Summer Olympics in men's doubles with partner Jonas Rasmussen. After an initial bye in the first round, then were defeated in the next round by Yim Bang-eun and Kim Yong-hyun of Korea. Paaske then competed in the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing in men's doubles again with partner Jonas Rasmussen where they were chasing the one medal lacking in their collection: An Olympic medal. The pair lost in the semi final, and then again in the match for 3rd place to finish with a disappointing 4th spot.
