Arizona's 14th Legislative District is one of 30 in the state, covering all of Cochise and Greenlee counties, southern Graham County and a portion of Pima County. As of 2021, there are 94 precincts in the district, 49 in Cochise, 20 in Graham, 17 in Pima, and 8 in Greenlee, with a total registered voter population of 119,159. The district has an overall population of 220,225. Owosso, Michigan
Owosso is the largest city in Shiawassee County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 15,194 at the 2010 census. The city is mostly surrounded by Owosso Township on its west, but the two are administered autonomously. The city was named after Chief Wosso, an Ojibwe leader of the Shiawassee area. History Alfred L. and Benjamin O. Williams were early European-American settlers in the area. They were joined by Elias Comstock, who built the first permanent home in the settlement. Dr. John B. Barnes, a physician and a judge, and Sophronia King Barnes moved to Owosso in 1842. They lived on Oliver and Water streets where they operated an Underground Railroad waystation, where they provided aid and shelter for enslaved African Americans. The Arizona State House of Representatives is the lower house of the Arizona Legislature, the state legislature of the U.S. state of Arizona. The upper house is the Senate. David T. Bradley (November 13, 1952 – February 19, 2022) was an American politician and a Democratic member of the Arizona Senate representing District 10 from January 14, 2013, to 2021. Bradley served non-consecutively in the Arizona State Legislature from January 2003 until January 10, 2011 in the Arizona House of Representatives District 28 seat. He was a State Senator representing District 10 starting in 2012 after defeating incumbent Frank Antenori (R). Education and early life Bradley attended a Catholic seminary as a teenager, where he stated that he was abused by an older seminarian. Bradley was born in Seattle, Washington. Ted Downing is a former member of the Arizona House of Representatives from January 2003 until January 2007. In 2000 he ran for the State House of Representatives for District 13. Along with Gabrielle Giffords, he was one of the two candidates to win the Democratic primary. However, in the general election, while Giffords won, Downing came in third, losing to Carol Somers. In November 2002, he ran again for the house, this time in District 28 following redistricting, and won. He won re-election to the House in 2004. In 2006, Downing decided not to seek re-election to the House, and chose to run for the State Senate.
