Deng Senyue
Deng Senyue (; born 5 February 1992 in Liuzhou, Guangxi Province China) is a retired Chinese individual rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2014 Asian Games silver medalist. She finished 4th in All-around at the 2013 World Championships. Career Deng started rhythmic gymnastics at 6 years old, In 1999, she went to Beijing to pursue gymnastics and was recruited by the China Rhythmic Gymnastics Team. She made her senior international debut at the 2007 Aeon Cup. In 2009, Deng won the gold medal at the 11th National Games, raising her national ranking to first. She finished 21st in the All-around final and 16th in Team at the 2010 World Championships in Moscow, Russia. Deng won a bronze medal in Hoop at the 2011 Summer Universiade and won the bronze medal in all-around at the 2011 Asian Championships. 2013 World Games
The 2013 World Games ( es, Juegos Mundiales 2013), the ninth World Games, were an international multi-sport event held in the city of Cali, Colombia, from July 25 to August 4. Host city allocation history The 2013 World Games were initially allocated to the German cities of Duisburg and Düsseldorf. However, at the end of 2008, Duisburg withdrew and Düsseldorf dropped out because both cities could not secure enough funding, partly as a result of the financial crisis of 2007–08 and the subsequent Great Recession. Two alternate cities came forward to the IWGA to bid for these Games: Pretoria, South Africa and Cali, Colombia. 2013 Summer Universiade
The 2013 Summer Universiade, officially known as the XXVII Summer Universiade (russian: XXVII Летняя Универсиада), was held in the city of Kazan, Russia, the most northerly city ever to host a Summer Universiade. Over 10,400 university athletes from 162 countries participated in 13 mandatory and 14 optional sports, making the 2013 Universiade the biggest ever in the history of the event. For the first time in history a Cultural Universiade was also included, with many festivals and shows held simultaneously with the sporting events. Son Yeon-Jae
Son Yeon-jae KTM (born 28 May 1994) is a South Korean retired individual rhythmic gymnast. She is a former member of the South Korean national gymnastics team, based in Taereung, Seoul. She is the 2014 Asian Games All-around Champion, the 2010 Asian Games All-around bronze medalist, three-time (2016, 2015, 2013) Asian Championships All-around Champion. She is the first and only South Korean individual rhythmic gymnast to win a medal at the World Championships, FIG World Cup series, Universiade and the Asian Games. She is managed by the IB Sports agency. She trained in Russia. She is also a recipient of the Talent Medal of Korea in 2011. 2011 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships
The 2011 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships was held in Montpellier, France, from September 19–25, 2011 at the Arena Montpellier. Only the top 24 groups from the 2010 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships were allowed to take part in the group competition this time. These championships were the first qualifying event for the 2012 Olympics which will be held in London. In the group all-around competition, the top 6 teams qualified directly for the Group Competition at the 2012 Olympics, while teams placed 7th to 12th will get a second chance to qualify at the London test event in January 2012 for additional four spots.
