Dudu Amsalem
David "Dudi" Amsalem ( he, דָּוִד "דּוּדִי" אַמְסָלֶם, born 11 August 1960), is an Israeli politician. He currently serves as a member of the Knesset for Likud. He previously held the posts of Minister of Communications, the Minister for Cyber and National Digital Matters and as the Government-Knesset Liaison. Biography David (Dudi) Amsalem was born and raised in Jerusalem. His parents, Avraham and Sultana Amsalem, were immigrants from Morocco. Amsalem was educated at Yeshivat Or Etzion. During his IDF national service he was a tank commander in the Armored Corps. He later obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Bar-Ilan University. In 2003, the Israeli police arrested members of a group dubbed "The Jerusalem Gang," which included Amsalem, Itzik Kaufman, and Yoram Karshi. Ma'ale Adumim ( he, מַעֲלֵה אֲדֻמִּים; ar, معالي أدوميم) is an urban Israeli settlement organized as a city council in the West Bank, seven kilometers () east of Jerusalem. Avihai Avraham Boaron ( ''Hebrew'': אביחי בוארון) (born 12 July 1973) is an Israeli settler activist and politician currently serving as a member of the Knesset for Likud. He entered the chamber on 31 April, replacing Dudi Amsalem who resigned under the Norwegian Law to join the Thirty-seventh government of Israel. Biography Boaron was born in Netanya to Zevulon Boaron and Malka nee Dabush. His parents immigrated from Libya and were teachers in occupation. Boaron studied at the Aterat Kohanim yeshiva, and after a year and a half at the yeshiva he enlisted in the Israel Defense Forces and served three years as a fighter in the Golani Brigade.
