Douglas Geiwald (born 14 April 1971) is a Swedish former professional tennis player. Tennis career As a junior, Geiwald participated in the singles at the junior French Open and US Open in 1989 and with Mårten Renström in the doubles at the 1989 junior US Open. He finished 1989 as the No. 16 in singles and the No. 4 in doubles on the Junior World rankings. On the professional tour, Geiwald had best world rankings of 362 in singles and 242 in doubles. Olofström, previously Holje by, is a locality in Blekinge County, Sweden with 7,327 inhabitants in 2010. in 1967, the market town of Olofström was merged with the villages Kyrkhult and Jämshög to create Olofström Municipality. Arne Thoms (born 1 January 1971) is a former professional tennis player from Germany. Career As a junior, Thoms had a good year in 1989, making the semi-finals of the boys' singles at Wimbledon and the quarter-finals at Roland Garros. Thoms made his first big impression on the ATP Tour with his performance at the Manchester Open in 1991. He was a quarter-finalist, beating two top 30 players en route, Horst Skoff and Omar Camporese. The following year he had an upset win over world number six Ivan Lendl in the opening round of the 1992 Milan Indoor tournament, which he entered as a qualifier.
