Claudia Hernández (tennis)
Claudia Hernández Salas (born 19 January 1966), known as Claudia Hernández, is a Mexican former professional tennis player. Biography Tennis career Hernández was the 16 and under Orange Bowl champion in 1982 and made the girls' singles quarter-finals of the 1983 US Open. As a Pan American Games competitor for Mexico she won two medals, both women's doubles bronze medals, in 1983 and 1987. Hernández, who played college tennis for the USC Trojans, represented Mexico at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, playing singles and doubles (with Xóchitl Escobedo). During her nine-year Federation Cup career she featured in a total of 22 ties for her country. Tennis
Tennis is a racket sport that is played either individually against a single opponent ( singles) or between two teams of two players each ( doubles). Each player uses a tennis racket that is strung with cord to strike a hollow rubber ball covered with felt over or around a net and into the opponent's court. María José Llorca
María José Llorca (born 3 March 1970) is a former professional tennis player from Spain. Biography Llorca is originally from Valencia and was trained in Barcelona as a junior. A a right-handed player, she appeared in a total of four Federation Cup ties for Spain, the first two in 1986 when she was still only 16. In 1987 she featured in another two ties, including a World Group second round fixture against Australia which they lost, despite Llorca winning the opening rubber against Anne Minter. Patricia Hy-Boulais (born 22 August 1965) is a former tennis player. She turned professional on 12 October 1986. Early in her career she represented Hong Kong (since the beginning until the end of the 1987 season). She became a citizen of Canada in 1991. However, she represented Canada since the beginning of the 1988 season. Her best performance at a Grand Slam came when she got to the quarter finals of the 1992 US Open, defeating Eva Švíglerová, Judith Wiesner, Jennifer Capriati and Helena Suková before losing to eventual champion Monica Seles.
