Chilean State Ministry
The Ministers of State of Chile ( es, Ministros de Estado de Chile), according to the Chilean constitution, are the direct and immediate collaborators of the President of the Republic in the government and the administration of the state,Artícle 33 of the Constitution and in such, they are responsible for the handling of their respective Ministry (''Ministerio''), in accordance with the policies and instructions that it imparts. The president can appoint and remove ministers freely, and each reports to directly to the president. The most recent cabinet change occurred on September 6 2022. Chile, officially the Republic of Chile, is a country in the western part of South America. It is the southernmost country in the world, and the closest to Antarctica, occupying a long and narrow strip of land between the Andes to the east and the Pacific Ocean to the west. Ana Lya Uriarte
Ana Lya Uriarte (born 17 July 1962) is the former Chief of the Cabinet of The Presidency elected by Michelle Bachelet in her second presidential period. She was also the Minister for the Environment for Chile from 2007 to 2010. Biography Uriarte was born in Santiago on 17 July 1962, she was the only child of a lower middle class family. The Ministry of Public Works ( es, Ministerio de Obras Públicas, links=no) is the cabinet-level administrative office in charge of "planning, directing, controlling and building the public infrastructure, as well as the conservation and management of them" within Chile. Kenneth Giorgio Jackson Drago (born 6 February 1987) is a Chilean politician and engineer who has been serving as Chile's Minister of Social Development since 6 September 2022.
