The Ministry of Labor and Social Security ( es, Ministerio del Trabajo y Previsión Social) is a government ministry in Chile. It was established during the government of President Jorge Alessandri through decree with the force of law No. 25, published in the Official Gazette on October 29, 1959, along with the Ministry of Public Health (Minsal). National Renewal ( es, Renovación Nacional, RN) is a liberal conservative political party in Chile. It is a member of Chile Vamos, a center-right to right-wing coalition. Sebastián Piñera, the former President of Chile, is a member of the party. Ximena Cecilia Rincón González (born 5 July 1968) is a Chilean lawyer and politician. She is formerly Chile's Labor Minister and former Ministry General Secretariat of the Presidency (Chile), Minister Secretary-General of the Presidency under President of Chile, President Michelle Bachelet. Verónica Michelle Bachelet Jeria (; born 29 September 1951) is a Chilean politician who served as United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights from 2018 to 2022.
