Carola Maria Häggkvist (; born 8 September 1966), commonly known simply as Carola, is a Swedish singer and songwriter. "Mitt i ett äventyr" is a song written by Stephan Berg, and performed by Carola Häggkvist at Melodifestivalen 1990, where the song ended up second, 15 points after Edin-Ådahl with "Som en vind". Per Erik Hallin (born 7 January 1950) is a Swedish keyboard player, singer and songwriter. He has worked as a musician in many different contexts and in different parts of the world. His music is heavily influenced by the African American music tradition such as soul, jazz, blues and gospel. Hallin played and sang with Elvis Presley in 1974. Hallin took part in the Swedish Melodifestivalen in 1984 and 1985. He has sung and played with musicians and artists including: Carola Häggkvist, Ted Gärdestad, Alex Acuña, Bill Maxwell, Per Lindvall, Hadley Hockensmith, Ingemar Olsson, Frank Ådahl and Nathan East. Maurice Gibb
Maurice Ernest Gibb (; 22 December 1949 – 12 January 2003) was a British musician. He achieved fame as a member of the pop group Bee Gees. Although his elder brother Barry Gibb and fraternal twin brother Robin Gibb were the group's main lead singers, most of their albums included at least one or two songs featuring Maurice's lead vocals, including " Lay It on Me", "Country Woman" and " On Time". The Bee Gees were a musical group formed in 1958 by brothers Barry, Robin, and Maurice Gibb. Melodifestivalen 1983
Sweden used a national preselction called ''Melodifestivalen 1983'' to select an entry for the 28th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. Winner, being the first participant ever to get maximum points from all of the eleven juries, was the 17-year-old and then unknown Carola Häggkvist, who quickly went on to be one of Sweden's most popular singers. The song she competed with was called " Främling". It was written by Lasse Holm and Monica Forsberg, who had also written the previous winning song together. Lars-Eric Gustav "Lasse" Holm (born 9 December 1943) is a Swedish singer, songwriter and television host. Holm has also hosted and appeared in several television shows. Bert Willis Karlsson (born 21 June 1945) is a Swedish record company manager, entrepreneur, and former politician (Member of Parliament 1991-1994) and front figure of the New Democracy (''Ny Demokrati'') party.
