Jon Ola Norbom
Jon Ola Hauger Norbom (15 December 1923 – 12 April 2020) was a Norwegian economist and Liberal Party politician. During World War II, in 1942, Norbom was imprisoned for a brief time at Grini concentration camp. Then, in November 1943, he was among the students who were arrested by the German occupying forces in Norway as part of a general imprisonment of all male, non- NS students at the University of Oslo. He was imprisoned in the German concentration camp Buchenwald. From 1950 to 1952 he was the leader of the Young Liberals of Norway, the youth wing of the Liberal Party. He was State Secretary in the Ministry of Finance from 1967 to 1969, during the cabinet Borten, and became Minister of the Finance in 1972–1973 during the cabinet Korvald. Trygve Olsen
Trygve Jens Asbjørn Olsen (11 November 1921 – 17 April 1979) was a Norwegian politician for the Centre Party. He was born in Måsøy. Trygve Olsen was the son of Parliament member Johannes Olai Olsen, but was not elected to parliament. Instead, he worked as a fisher from 1939. He was a member of the board in ''Norges Råfisklag'' from 1958 to 1966, and chairman of '' Fiskebåtredernes forbund'' from 1977 to 1979. Hallvard Eika
Hallvard Eika (5 December 1920 – 17 May 1989) was a Norwegian politician for the Liberal Party. He was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Telemark in 1969, and was re-elected on one occasion. During his first term he served twice in different cabinets. On 21 August 1970 he was appointed Minister of Agriculture during the centre-right cabinet Borten, replacing Bjarne Lyngstad. He held the position until the cabinet Borten fell in 1971. Meanwhile, Eika was busy with his appointment to the Borten cabinet, Sigurd Kalheim took his seat in Parliament. When the next centrist government was formed in 1972 by Prime Minister Lars Korvald, Eika was appointed Minister of Trade and Shipping and again had to leave his seat in Parliament. The position was created on 6 December 1947 when the position of Minister of Trade and Industry was split into a portfolio for trade and shipping, and a Minister of Industry. As a prelude, a separate Minister of Shipping had been created between 1942 and 1945 to lead the Ministry of Shipping. John Austrheim
John Austrheim (10 October 1912 – 13 April 1995) was a Norwegian politician, farmer for the Centre Party. Born in Gloppen, Sogn og Fjordane, Austrheim had no more than a primary education, and worked as a farmer when he was elected mayor of his municipality Gloppen in 1955. He had previously been a municipality council member from 1945 to 1951, and served as mayor until 1962. In 1967 he was elected leader of the Centre Party, a position he took over after Per Borten, who was serving as Prime Minister at the time. Austrheim held this post until 1973. He was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Østfold in 1961, and was re-elected on three occasions. He had previously served in the position of deputy representative during the term 1958–1961. Bergfrid Fjose
Bergfrid Fjose (31 March 1915 – 13 May 2004) was a Norwegian politician for the Christian Democratic Party. She was born in Ullensvang as the daughter of priest and politician Jon Mannsåker; her brother was the historian Dagfinn Mannsåker. She enrolled as a student in 1935, took the teacher's examination in 1938 and worked as a teacher at Valdres folk high school from 1938 to 1943. From 1943 to 1945 she was a refugee in Sweden due to the occupation of Norway by Nazi Germany. From 1947 to 1949 she worked in Kvam. She was elected to the municipal council there, serving from 1951 to 1952. She then worked in Voss from 1952 to 1957, and in Årdal from 1959 to 1967.
