Bakhtiyarpur–Tajpur Bridge
The Bakhtiyarpur–Tajpur Bridge ( hi, script=latn, bakhtiyārpur-tājpur sētu), currently under construction, will span the river Ganges, connecting Bakhtiyarpur in Patna and Tajpur in Samastipur in the Indian state of Bihar. Upon completion in Dec 2020, the bridge will provide an easy roadway link between the northern and southern parts of Bihar. The project Current chief minister Nitish Kumar inaugurated the construction of the bridge in June, 2011. Upon completion in Dec 2023, the bridge will reduce the load on Mahatma Gandhi Setu and also reduce the traffic in the capital city of Patna. A road bridge parallel to the existing rail and road bridge, Rajendra Setu, has also been planned. The bridge will also require construction of 45.393 km of approach roads on both ends of the bridge. Digha–Sonpur Bridge
The Digha–Sonpur bridge ( hi, दीघा-सोनपुर पुल) or J. P. Setu ( hi, जेपी सेतु) is a rail-cum-road bridge across river Ganga, connecting Digha Ghat in Patna and Pahleja Ghat in Sonpur, Saran district in the Indian state of Bihar. It is named after Indian independence activist Jayaprakash Narayan (J. P.). The rail-cum-road bridge provides easy roadway and railway link between northern and southern parts of Bihar. Kacchi Dargah–Bidupur Bridge
The Kacchi Dargah–Bidupur Bridge ( hi, कच्ची दरगाह-बिदुपुर सेतु), currently under construction, will span the river Ganges, connecting Kacchi Dargah in Patna and Bidupur in Hajipur in the Indian state of Bihar. Upon completion in 2023, the bridge will provide an easy roadway link between the northern and southern parts of Bihar and will connect two major national highways, linking NH 31 to NH 322. Jp Ganga Path (Ganga Pathway) or Patna Marine Drive is an Controlled-access highway, expressway along the Ganga river in Patna, Bihar, India. It is expected to be completed by the end of 2022. Mahatma Gandhi Setu (also called Gandhi Setu or Ganga Setu) is a bridge over the river Ganges in Bihar, India, connecting Patna in the south to Hajipur in the north.
