Brian Løkken
Brian Løkken (born 20 March 1975 from Glostrup) is a Danish professional darts player, currently playing in British Darts Organisation events. He has qualified for the 2019 BDO World Darts Championship. Career In 2017, Løkken won the Gibraltar Open. In 2018, he qualified for the 2019 BDO World Darts Championship as the Baltic/Scandinavian qualifier and played Krzysztof Kciuk of Poland in the preliminary round, but lost 3-1. He also qualified for the 2018 Danish Darts Open as one of two Danish qualifiers. He lost 6–2 to Cristo Reyes of Spain in the first round. Krzysztof Kciuk
Krzysztof Kciuk (born 11 June 1980) is a Polish technology specialist and professional darts player who currently plays in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. He is a Polish Champion and first player from Poland who played at PDC World Darts Championship. Career Kciuk is one of the most successful Polish darts players in history. Due to the only national qualification for the PDC World Darts Championship, played in November 2009, he defeated Tomasz Mikołajczyk 6–1 in legs in the final match. In preliminary round he lost 1–4 to Haruki Muramatsu. In the same year, he represented Poland together with Krzysztof Ratajski in the first PDC World Cup of Darts in history. Cristo Reyes Torres (born 30 July 1987) is a Spanish darts player who plays in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. Career In October 2014, Reyes bested a field of 154 players to win the Iberian Qualifier for the 2015 PDC World Championship, sealing his place in the draw by whitewashing Jose Rodriguez 6–0 in the final. He entered the event in the preliminary round and comfortably beat Christian Perez 4–0. Reyes then took the first two sets against Wes Newton, before the world number 13 responded to level the tie. Both players broke each other's throw in the deciding set, with the match going in to a sudden death leg. 2018 Danish Darts Open
The 2018 Danish Darts Open was the eighth of thirteen PDC European Tour events on the 2018 PDC Pro Tour. The tournament took place at Brøndbyhallen, Copenhagen, Denmark from 22–24 June 2018. It featured a field of 48 players and £135,000 in prize money, with £25,000 going to the winner. Mensur Suljović won his second European Tour title, defeating Simon Whitlock 8–3 in the final. This was the first PDC European Tour event to be held in Scandinavia. British Darts Organisation
The British Darts Organisation (BDO) was a darts organisation founded on 7 January 1973 by Olly Croft. Made up of 66 member counties, it oversaw professional, semi-professional and amateur darts competitions in Britain. The BDO was a founder member of the World Darts Federation in 1976. It also staged a BDO World Darts Championship, World Professional Darts Championship from 1978 to 2020. In the early 1990s, a dispute between Olly Croft and the top darts players over the decline in TV coverage and sponsorship led to an acrimonious Split in darts, split in the game, with the players breaking away to form their own governing body which became the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC). 2019 BDO World Trophy
The 2019 BDO World Trophy was a major darts tournament run by the British Darts Organisation. It was held between 30 August and 1 September 2019 at King George's Hall, Blackburn, England. Glen Durrant and Fallon Sherrock were the defending champions, after beating Michael Unterbuchner (10–7) and Lorraine Winstanley (6–3) respectively in the finals of last year's edition.
