Babban Gona
Babban Gona, which means "Great Farm" in the Hausa language, is a social enterprise organization that provides support for smallholder farmers in Nigeria to become more profitable. Babban Gona is partly owned by the farmers it serves. History Babban Gona was founded in 2012 by Kola Masha with the aim of promoting agriculture and reducing unemployment in Nigeria. Kola temporarily relocated to a small village in the Northern part of Nigeria, which had been recently impacted by insurgent activities. At inception, Babban Gona started and provide support for 100 members in Kaduna State, Nigeria. Babban Gona currently has its operations in 15 states namely Abuja, Adamawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Bauchi, Plateau and Jigawa states. The company has provided support for over 110,000 smallholder farmers since its inception. Lola Masha
Lola Masha is a Nigerian technology executive. She is the country manager for OLX, and was previously business development team head for Google Nigeria. She is the co-founder and executive director of Babban Gona farmers service limited. Education Masha is an engineering graduate from University of Virginia. She had her PhD in Chemical engineering at UC Berkeley College of Engineering. Career She worked for McKinsey & Company as a consultant in 2007. She then worked with Google Nigeria as the business development team head for four years. In 2014 Masha joined OLX, the e-commerce website, as the country manager. Hausa Language

Abuja
Abuja () is the capital and eighth most populous city of Nigeria. Adamawa State

Kano State
Kano State (Hausa: ''Jihar Kano''جىِهَر كَنوُ) (Fula: Leydi Kano 𞤤𞤫𞤴𞤣𞤭 𞤳𞤢𞤲𞤮𞥅 ) is one of the 36 states of Nigeria, located in the northern region of the country. Katsina State
