Amudha Oru Aacharyakuri ( ta, அமுதா ஒரு ஆச்சர்யகுறி ) is a 2012 Indian Tamil-language soap opera starring Renuka, Kavithalaya Krishnan, Kavya, Sonia and Afser. It broadcast on Kalaignar TV on Monday to Friday from 4 June 2012 to June 2014 at 19:00 ( IST) for 266 Episodes. From 2014 to 20 July 2015 the show was re launched in Kalaignar TV at 12:30PM ( IST). The show is Kavithalayaa Productions has been directed by K. Balachander and Ashwin and produced by Pushpa Kandasamy. It is one of K. Balachander's last projects before his death on 23 December 2014. Renuka (actress)
Renuka is an Indian actress who is known for playing the lead role ''Premi'' in K. Balachander's Tamil tele-serial of the same name. She has also acted in Malayalam and some Hindi films. Early life Renuka's family hailed from the town of Srirangam. Due to adverse circumstances caused by the early death of her father, she was compelled to move to the city of Chennai at an early age in search of work. In a short while, she was able to get a job as a drama artiste with Komal Swaminathan's troupe. Career She got the break in Tamil films with the 1989 movie ''Samsara Sangeetham'' directed by T. Rajender and in the year 1990, she worked in Malayalam movie ''Kuttettan''. Renuka has worked in a few Tamil films and about 75 Malayalam movies, after she was introduced to Tamil film director K. Parithimar Kalaignar (born V. G. Suryanarayana Sastri at Vilacheri near Thirupparankundram on 6 July 1870 – 2 November 1903), a Professor of Tamil at the Madras Christian College, was the first person to campaign for the recognition of Tamil as a classical language. Life Suryanarayana Sastri was born at Vilacheri near Thirupparankundram in a Brahmin family. He graduated in philosophy and was soon employed as a Professor of Tamil in the Madras Christian College. In 1895, Suryanarayana Sastri rose to become the Head of Department for Tamil at the Madras Christian College.
