Awudome Senior High School (AWUSCO) is a second cycle institution located in Tsito in the Ho West District in the Volta Region of Ghana. The current headmaster of the school is Courage Meteku. History The school was established as a community school in September 1963 by the Tsito Native Teachers Association with about 60 students. In 2010, the headmaster of the school was Mr. Cyprian K. Otti. In 2020, the headmaster of the school was Mr. Amu Emmanuel Komla. Tsito
Tsito is a town in the Volta Region of Ghana. Tsito means 'by water' or 'by the river' In the Ewe language, Eʋe language. It is also a settlement discovered after a migratory exploit of its founders, when they were trying to erect a police post for the paramountcy of Awudome traditional area. Volta Region
Volta Region (or Volta) is one of Ghana's sixteen administrative regions, with Ho designated as its capital. It is located west of Republic of Togo and to the east of Lake Volta. Divided into 25 administrative districts, the region is multi-ethnic and multilingual, including groups such as the Ewe, the Guan, and the Akan peoples. Ho West District
Ho West District is one of the eighteen districts in Volta Region, Ghana. Originally it was formerly part of the then-larger Ho District on 10 March 1989, until the western part was split off to create Ho West District on 28 June 2012; thus the remaining part was elevated to municipal district assembly status on that same year to become Ho Municipal District. The district assembly is located in the central part of Volta Region and has Dzolokpuita as its capital town. Plans are already underway to split the Ho West District, due to slow development, large size and extreme length, stretching several kilometers from the north of the North Tongu District to the northern part of the Afadzato South District Administration Ho West District covers the same area as the Ho West Constituency. Mawuli School is a co-educational, boarding senior high school located in Ho in the Ho Municipal district in the Volta Region of Ghana.
