Austin Yearwood
Austin Yearwood (born August 12, 1994) is an American soccer player who currently plays for New Mexico United in the USL Championship. He operates as a left back or left wing-back. Career College and amateur Yearwood graduated from South Mecklenburg High School in Charlotte, North Carolina. While in high school he was a 2011 NCSCA All-State selection, three-time All-Region, and three-time All-Conference. Yearwood also played in the 2011 ESPNHS All-American game. He played college soccer at High Point University from 2012 to 2015. While at college, Yearwood also appeared for USL PDL clubs Carolina Dynamo in 2013 and 2014, and Charlotte Eagles in 2015. Professional Yearwood signed with United Soccer League side Charlotte Independence on March 31, 2016. San Antonio FC is a professional soccer club based in San Antonio, Texas. It competes in the USL Championship, the second-highest level of the United States soccer league system, as a member of the Western Conference. The 2022 New Mexico United season was the fourth season for New Mexico United in the USL Championship, the second-tier professional soccer league in the United States. This article covers the period from November 30, 2021 to the conclusion of the 2022 USL playoff final. The 2022 USL Championship season is set to begin on March 12, with New Mexico United set to play their first competitive game against Las Vegas Lights FC. The 2020 New Mexico United season was the second season for New Mexico United in the USL Championship (USL-C), the second-tier professional soccer league in the United States and Canada. This article covers the period from November 18, 2019, the day after the 2019 USL-C Playoff Final, to the conclusion of the 2020 USL-C Playoff Final, scheduled for November 12–16, 2020. 2018 Richmond Kickers Season
The 2018 Richmond Kickers season was the club's 26th season of existence. It was also the club's 11th season playing in the second tier of American soccer, and their seventh straight season in the United Soccer League, since renamed the USL Championship. The Kickers failed to improve on their 2017 campaign, and saw the team failed to qualify for the playoffs for consecutive seasons for the first time in club history. It was the fourth season in the club's history where they failed to qualify for the postseason. The Kickers finished with six wins, their fewest since 1994, and 24 losses, their most ever. 2017 USL Playoffs
The 2017 USL Cup Playoffs is a postseason tournament following the 2017 United Soccer League regular season, the third since the league rebranded for the 2015 season, and first as a USSF Division II league. Including USL Pro history, it is the sixth postseason tournament. The tournament will begin on the weekend of October 20 and end on the weekend of November 10. Sixteen teams (top 8 per conference) will compete in the single elimination tournament. Teams will be seeded one through eight in each conference. The conference semifinal winners will play against each other in the Conference Championship, which will serve as the overall semifinals for the playoff. The winners of the Eastern and Western Conference Championship will play for the USL Cup. The winner of the playoffs will be crowned league champion.
