Arne Aas (actor)
Arne Martin Aas (July 7, 1931 – April 3, 2000) was a Norwegian actor, director, and screenwriter that worked in theater, film, and TV. Theater From 1970 to 1973, Aas was the theater manager at the Trøndelag Theater, where he also made his debut in 1957 in Strindberg's ''Erik XIV''. He also had directing assignments at the theater and was employed there from 1963 onward. At the Trøndelag Theater he appeared in plays such as John Osborne's ''Look Back in Anger'' (Norwegian title: ''Se deg om i vrede'') and William Shakespeare's ''Twelfth Night'' (Norwegian title: ''Helligtrekongersaften''), and he performed the title role in Henrik Ibsen's ''Brand''. He was also associated with NRK's Television Theater (from 1966 to 1970, and again from 1973 to 1975), where he became nationally known, among other things, in the role of Hans Nilsen Fennefoss in the miniseries ''Skipper Worse'' based on the novel by Alexander Kielland. Inger Marie Andersen (25 November 1930 – 29 April 1995) was a Norwegian actress who was the most popular female film star in her native country during the 1950s. Starring as both romantic and comedic leads, she appeared in 17 films between 1951 and 1982. Her first film was as the leading actress in Nils R. Müller's critically lauded comedy ''Vi gifter oss'' (1951); which made her an instant celebrity. She was also a stage actress at the National Theatre in Oslo where she began her career in 1950. She starred in ''Stevnemøte med glemte år'' (1957), which was entered into the 7th Berlin International Film Festival. After the early 1960s, her film appearances became more sporadic and her fame diminished. Paul Claudel (; 6 August 1868 – 23 February 1955) was a French poet, dramatist and diplomat, and the younger brother of the sculptor Camille Claudel. He was most famous for his verse dramas, which often convey his devout Catholicism. Early life He was born in Villeneuve-sur-Fère (Aisne), into a family of farmers and government officials. His father, Louis-Prosper, dealt in mortgages and bank transactions. His mother, the former Louise Cerveaux, came from a Champagne family of Catholic farmers and priests. Having spent his first years in Champagne, he studied at the ''lycée'' of Bar-le-Duc and at the Lycée Louis-le-Grand in 1881, when his parents moved to Paris. ''To på topp'' (Two on Top) is a Norwegian feature film from 1965. It was directed by Øyvind Vennerød, who also wrote the script together with Jørn Ording. It is a comedy about pop music. The film stars Rolf Just Nilsen. The cast also included the Oslo band the Beatnicks, with guitarist Freddy Lindquist and vocalist Kåre Haugen among others. The film music was composed by Bjarne Amdahl. The film's theme song, performed by the Beatniks, was "Jeg husker den gangen jeg var i Buenos Aires!!" (I Remember the Time I Was in Buenos Aires!!). Rolv Helge Wesenlund (17 September 1936 – 18 August 2013) was a Norwegian comedian, singer, clarinetist, writer and actor. The ''Olsen Gang'' ( da, Olsen-banden, no, Olsenbanden, german: Die Olsenbande) is a Danish comedy film series created by Danish director Erik Balling and special effects expert Henning Bahs about the eponymous fictional criminal gang. The gang's leader is the criminal genius and habitual offender Egon Olsen and his accomplices are Benny and Kjeld (Kjell in Norwegian).
