Angelina Simakova
Angelina Alekseevna Simakova (russian: Ангелина Алексеевна Симакова, born 26 August 2002) is a retired Russian artistic gymnast. She resides in Obninsk, Russia, and is coached by Irina Kolobova. She is the 2019 Russian national all-around champion and the 2018 Russian national all-around silver medalist. Internationally, she was a member of the Russian teams that won gold at the 2018 European Championships and silver at the 2018 World Championships. Career Junior Simakova competed at the 2014 Gym Festival in Trnava, winning the team junior and all-around gold medal. Senior 2018 In April Simakova made her senior international debut at the Tokyo World Cup where she finished fourth behind Mai Murakami of Japan, Trinity Thomas of the United States, and Mélanie de Jesus dos Santos of France. Obninsk (russian: О́бнинск) is a types of inhabited localities in Russia, city in Kaluga Oblast, Russia, located on the bank of the Protva River southwest of Moscow and northeast of Kaluga. 2019 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships
The 2019 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships was held in Stuttgart, Germany from October 4–13, 2019. The championships took place at the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle, and was the third time the city of Stuttgart hosted the event following the 1989 and 2007 editions, and the fifth time Germany hosted it. As of October 2, 92 federations registered gymnasts for the event with a total of 288 men and 259 women. Sam Mikulak of the United States and Mélanie de Jesus dos Santos of France won the Longines Prize for Elegance. Both mark a first for their respective countries: de Jesus dos Santos is the first gymnast from France to win this prize, and Mikulak is the first male gymnast from the United States to win one. Maria Valeryevna Paseka (russian: Мария Валерьевна Пасека; born 19 July 1995) is a Russian artistic gymnast and member of the Russia women's national gymnastics team. During her decade-long career, she has primarily been successful as a vault specialist. On this apparatus, she is a two-time Olympic medalist (silver in 2016, bronze in 2012), a two-time world champion (2015, 2017), a two-time European champion (2015, 2019), the 2015 Universiade champion, and a two-time Russian national champion (2013, 2019). As a member of the Russian teams at the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics, Paseka won two silver medals in the team competition. With a combined total of 45 Olympic, World and European Championship medals, she is considered one of the most successful gymnasts of all time. Uliana Sergeyevna Perebinosova (russian: Улья́на Серге́евна Перебино́сова; born 4 May 2001) is a Russian artistic gymnast and the 2020 Russian National Champion. She was part of the team that won gold in the team competition at the 2018 European Championships. Lilia Igorevna Akhaimova ( rus, Лилия Игоревна Ахаимова, , ˈlʲilʲɪɪ̯ə ɐxɐˈiməvə, born 17 March 1997) is a retired Russian artistic gymnast.
