Andrey Alekseyevich Stavnitser ( uk, Андрій Олексійович Ставніцер, translit=Andriy Oleksiiovych Stavnitser; born 19 June 1982) is a Ukrainian businessman, co-owner and CEO of TIS. Stavnitser is also the co-owner of Neptune Grain Terminal, a P&O Maritime Ukraine towage operator and a founding partner of SD Capital Investment Company. He is honourary consul of Austria in Odessa. In 2021, Stavnitser was included in the list of the 100 richest Ukrainians by Forbes magazine, his capital amounting to US$215,000,000. Tyrnyauz (russian: Тырныауз; krc, Тырныаўуз, ''Tırnıawuz'') is a town and the administrative center of Elbrussky District of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, Russia, located on the main road leading to the Upper Baksan valley area and on the main climbing route for Mount Elbrus. Population: Tyrnyauz is the largest town in the Baksan Valley and an essential provisioning point for trips into the Elbrus region. History It was founded around a tungsten mine and processing plant, which still stands but is no longer in operation. Town status was granted in 1955.
