Alexandre Torres Simoni (born 2 July 1979) is a retired professional Brazilian tennis player. After being ranked as high as No. 23 in the ITF World Junior Ranking, he turned professional in 1997. On the ATP tour, his best results were in 2001, when he reached two semifinals: in Bogotá and Salvador. He also reached his career-high ranking of No. 96. Brasil Open
The Brasil Open was a tennis tournament held annually in São Paulo, Brazil. It was part of the ATP Tour 250 series, and was one of the main events in the Brazilian tennis calendar alongside ATP Tour 500 Rio Open. Since 2004, it was a part of the South American clay court circuit but was held on hard courts prior to 2004. Nicolás Almagro and Pablo Cuevas hold the record for most singles titles with three each, while in doubles the record is held by Bruno Soares with three consecutive titles from 2011 to 2013. On 15 October 2019, tournament organisers announced that the tournament was being scrapped in favour of a return to the Chile Open. Eisenach
Eisenach () is a town in Thuringia, Germany with 42,000 inhabitants, located west of Erfurt, southeast of Kassel and northeast of Frankfurt. Ricardo Schlachter (born 7 July 1977) is a former professional tennis player from Brazil. Biography As a junior, Schlachter was runner-up in the boys' doubles at the 1994 Wimbledon Championships, with Vladimír Pláteník as his partner. Paulo Carvallo
Paulo Sergio Carvallo (born 11 July 1976) is a Paraguayan former professional tennis player. Born in Asunción, Carvallo played in 15 Davis Cup ties for Paraguay, from his debut in 1999. He featured in a World Group play-off tie against the Czech Republic in 2004 and was competitive in his loss to former world number five Jiří Novák, claiming the first set. This was his final Davis Cup appearance until 2010, when he played a one-off tie before retirement. He won a total of eight singles and ten doubles rubbers for Paraguay. Antonio Prieto (born 7 September 1973) is a former professional tennis player from Brazil. Biography Born in Curitiba, Prieto went to college in the United States, at Florida State University from 1994 to 1997. While studying for a business degree he played varsity tennis as the No. 1 singles player. Prieto, who specialised in doubles, turned professional in 1997. Jean-René Lisnard (born 25 September 1979) is a professional tennis player who represents Monaco, and formerly France. He has been a member of the Monaco Davis Cup team since 2007. Dick Norman
Dick Norman (born 1 March 1971) is a former professional tennis player from Belgium. He achieved a degree of folk popularity among tennis fans due to his height (6 feet 8 inches), his left-handed power game and, in the last few years of his career, his age (between late 2006 and his retirement in June 2013 he was the oldest player on the ATP Tour).
