2024 Primera B De Chile
The 2024 Primera B de Chile, also known as Campeonato Ascenso Clínicas ACHS Salud 2024 due to sponsorship by the Chilean Safety Association (ACHS), is the 70th season of the Primera B de Chile, Chile's second-tier football league. The fixture for the season was announced on 24 January 2024, with the competition beginning on 23 February 2024. Format The competition is run under the same format used in the most recent seasons, in which the 16 participating teams will play each other in a double round-robin tournament (once at home and once away) for a total of 30 matches, with the top team at the end of the 30 rounds winning the championship as well as promotion to the Campeonato Nacional for the following season. The next seven best-placed teams at the end of the regular season will take part in a play-off tournament to decide the second promoted team (''Liguilla''), with the league runners-up receiving a bye to the semi-finals. Unión San Felipe
Unión San Felipe is a Chilean Football club, their hometown is San Felipe in the V Región of Valparaíso. They play in the second level of the Chilean football league, the Primera B. They were the Copa Chile champions, and played the 2010 Copa Sudamericana. The club was founded on October 16, 1956 with the merger of ''Internacional'' and ''Tarcisio''. Estadio La Granja
The Estadio La Granja is a sports venue which is located in Curicó, Maule Region, Chile. The stadium holds 8,278 people and is part of a large sporting complex which also features tennis courts, swimming pools, a gymnasium, a velodrome and some other sport fields. It is the home stadium of Curicó Unido; and the former home ground of ''Alianza de Curicó'', Luis Cruz, and Badminton de Curicó. The stadium, currently owned by the Municipality of Curicó, originally has a capacity of 4,000. The first change; in 1985; was an increase of about 1,200, and another change was an increase to a capacity of 6,000, effected in 2004. Curicó (), meaning "Black Waters" in Mapudungun (originally meaning "Land of Black Water"), is the capital city of the Curicó Province, part of the Maule Region in Chile's central valley. The 2024 Chilean Primera División, known as Campeonato Itaú 2024 for sponsorship purposes, is the 94th season of the Chilean Primera División, Chile's top-flight football league. The season began on 16 February 2024. Huachipato are the defending champions. Teams 16 teams take part in the league in this season: the top 14 teams from the 2023 tournament, plus the 2023 Primera B champions Cobreloa and the winners of the promotion play-off Deportes Iquique.
